Great location Clean accommodation Very well received and very well explained

Stefania's place, set in a cute and quiet setting, is super clean and tidy. It is also widely stocked with snacks and single portions for breakfast and more (in the fridge we even found cans of drinks available!). The house is impeccable: nothing is really missing. Stefania was kind and helpful and gave us great tips for visiting the surroundings and eating in the area. The centre is easily accessible on foot. Below the house there are only paid parking lots, but just a few minutes' walk across the river, you can easily find free parking. Highly recommended!

Small and nice apartment in the centre of the city, but despite very quiet. There is nothing to complain about and the host is quite professional and helps in case of any problem.

the apartment on the fourth floor with elevator in a large building on 6 floors,no noise when we were in the house,balcony from which to see the surroundings. Inside there is everything you could need x the kitchen,plus dishwasher and washing machine and gas detector,not always present; comfortable bed and portable climate,in the living room, TV table and wifi. In fact with Sabrina,who accepted the time , we anticipated ,very kind In the house,books and paper cards of all Friuli and Alberto always available x info. Highly recommended. We felt very comfortable and the accommodation was large and beautifully located. Roberto was very friendly and always available. It was very cozy in the evening on the terrace. Sea is just around the corner. However, the free beach where you can set up your own umbrella and beach shell is a little further away. The apartment is definitely recommended. The complex is beautiful and very well maintained, each has its own parking space. Mosquito nets are attached to every window, which is of course great. The apartment has everything you need. We loved the stay and were able to relax nicely:)

The accommodation is very spacious and well equipped. It is close to the city center, shops and bakeries. Free parking is just a few minutes' walk away. Tea, coffee and delicacies (jam, nutella...) were waiting at the accommodation. The air conditioner in the living room didn't work very well, but I wasn't cold. Communication and helpfulness were perfect. I would choose this place another time.

Suitable for the season, the apartment was decorated for Christmas. A bottle of Prosecco to welcome you was also ready. Bedding and towels smelled a little too intensely like detergent. Due to the sloping roof, part of the living space cannot be used in fact, but there is sufficient space and freedom of movement for two people. Despite its central location, there was hardly any ambient noise during the day as well as at night. All in all, an appealing accommodation in a central location, well suited for public travel by train, journey time by bus about 10 minutes. If you don't mind five floors on foot, this is the place to be.

We were in need of a place that provided parking and accommodations for 3. The unit checked all the boxes. Since it is Grado in the summer, it is difficult to get a place. We decided to stay in Grado Pineta which is slightly outside of Grado but still only a 7-10 min. drive to Grado by car. While people say parking in Grado is difficult, we had very good luck finding parking. The unit itself was typical of Italy. It was cozy but functional. There was a very big heat wave while we were there but the host cannot stop this. The AC helped. Most of our Italian friends were complaining about the heat so you know it was hot. Overall, Grado Pineta is a slower pace than Grado but was more than fine. We were close to multiple places to eat. The grocery store was a short walk away. There is a pharmacy across the street which was convenient. All in all, I can recommend the unit. Enjoy. Ciao and Grazie Mille!

We had an amazing stay, everything in the apartment was great and exactly as described. Emanuele was very helpful and responsive, he also gave us a list of recommendations of places to visit in Trieste.

The location and views were great, also the communication with Mamuka was very good, he always helped us quickly. In the upper apartment there was no central heating, only an air conditioning, but otherwise we liked everything.

I had the the most amazing stay. The view was incredible, especially during the sunsets and thunderstorms. The place was clean, well equipped and spacious. Andraž was very helpful and even gave me and my luggage a lift to the bus station on the morning I left, which was greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thank you for having me and I hope to come back in the future :)

The place was great but the TV was hard to use

Renée is a cordial, welcoming and very responsive host. We felt like "at home". The apartment is tastefully decorated and was ideally located for the tours we wanted to do.

A relaxing weekend, in a beautiful setting! The house is beautiful, technological and functional. It is definitely necessary to have a car to get around, we were in Piran in a few minutes. Amazing hot tub, we'll be back!

We had a great time in Mirjam's apartment. When we arrived everything was as described and very clean and homey. We immediately loved it. The view from the big balcony is unique and beautiful, on the other balcony we could also see the sea but with a little more shade. So all in all everything was perfect and we would love to come again! Thank you so much ❤️

We enjoyed it very much. A small oasis of peace, with a hot tub (we had snow outside, which made it very atmospheric) and infrared sauna. There were even bathrobes, like in the wellness hotel :) The place was very clean and there was a smartlock instead of a key, which is always more pleasant. You definitely need a car for this property because it is in a secluded village.

Anna is a very polite, friendly and professional host. It is a very nice apartment, well cut and it offers plenty of space. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and at the same time central. We reached everything on foot. We cooked a lot and found the kitchen well suited for this. This is also where you can stay longer. We slept well in the bed. We recommend the apartment.
