Mike was a great host. He was very responsive and helpful in answering any questions, and his home was very clean, with plenty of towels and extra bedding and games and things for the kids.

We were a group of 4 old friends and our younger kids. Everything about this place was perfect for our get away. There are essentially two sides of the house with 2 kitchens. So when some of the kids wanted to be wild, the others could retreat to the other side of the house for more peace and quiet. The hot tub was amazing for everyone. The swing is all it's cracked up to be - a must try. We LOVED the beds - I am very particular with beds and these were wonderful. They are not too firm, but firm enough with what felt like a bamboo foam topper - perfect. Kitchens were perfectly stocked with all the supplies we needed. This really is the best place to go if you want to unwind and relax with friends and family. Remote enough to feel like an escape, but not too far removed that it's hard to find. The only thing we regret is not staying longer! We will definitely be back. Thank you Ken!!

Anastasia’s place was very clean comfortable and quiet. Place was just as described in the photos. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Erin's place. First of all, she was very proactive and quite responsive with communication, and ensured we had a smooth check-in and had all that we needed once we arrived. Space was exactly as advertised, and spotless! She has thought of every last detail, with snacks/soaps/shampoo, extra pillows/blankets, etc. I understand why this place gets 5-star reviews! We will definitely stay here again on our trips to Bloomington (and even Nashville/Brown County, as it is an easy drive east). Thank you for a great trip!

I was in town with my daughter and best friend for the eras tour. We wanted to book outside of the city so we could come back to quiet and have a relaxing place to just enjoy our weekend getaway. Curt’s place was the perfect spot for this.

David is a great host-he was even helping us look out for Taylor Swift tickets! The house was lovely and matched the description and photos. The house was stocked nicely with extra shampoo and few spices and we even found some makeup wipes which was really clutch for the girls trip. Beds were comfy and linens were nice-there is a whole closet full of extra towels.

L.A. was a most amazing host!! Proactive and respectful. Perfect. Her home is immaculate—probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in and very well equipped with anything one might need. Felt like a very spacious luxury hotel at half the price. Can’t beat pet-friendly too. 🐶❤️ Great location — very close to everything Indy has to offer. Such a fun place with interesting “history” (Good Bones show). Love it! Would absolutely recommend to anyone interested in downtown Indy and adjacent neighborhoods. 6 stars!!

I am a solo full-time wheelchair user traveling with a Great Dane. It's hard to find a place that is accessible and pet-friendly. I was there for over a month during some winter weather. The host was concerned about my safety and accessibility by making sure snow and ice was clear. The place itself was clean, recently updated, and comfortable. Two nice large TVs were provided and I used the Wifi and it worked well. It is on a large grassy lot set back from the road. There was a lot of room for my dog to sniff around and get some exercise. Guests should be aware that there is a small refrigerator. I had no problem with it, but if you have a need for a large refrigerator or freezer be aware that this might be a problem for you. There is a nice big microwave and toaster, but no traditional cooktop or oven. I felt very safe here. It's pretty close to campus and there is a large parking area that is well off street. Host was great at communication and answered questions quickly.
