The apartment has both a wireless and a standard DSL connection (DSL 16000). The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. Dishes and pots are also available. In addition, the apartment has an extractor fan. On the balcony to the south / southwest side may be relaxed on sunny days. The apartment is located in the countryside and generally very quiet. Nearby is the park, the town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen is a few minutes walk away. Munich can be reached in about 1 hour by car to Innsbruck, it only takes about 45 minutes.

Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. Bergblick am Oberen Dorfplatz

Grainau is where Germany is most beautiful, right on the Zugspitze and next to the Eibsee. And this house is where Grainau is most beautiful. Surrounded by historic farms right on the village square, with great mountain views and everything you need in the immediate vicinity. The south-facing apartment on the 2nd floor is the smaller of our two apartments. It is also lovingly restored, full of light, has a gallery and over 5 m room height, and the southern balcony offers pure mountain views.

Apartment Öfelekopf is so named for its amazing view of the mountains. This luxury modern apartment was completely refurbished in 2021 and offers everything for a relaxing break.
