Great place and hosts. The flat was right like the description, clean and perfect for a family with kids. Above all, the communication with the hosts was wonderful, helpfull and supportive. The neighborhood is quiet, some 5 minutes car ride from the nearest big supermarket. Thank you Romina and Dr. Revin for everything.

Hans and family were so lovely and helped with anything we needed! The place is just as seen and had a great time. Supermarket and restaurant were all in walking distance. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay, the villa is perfect for large families. Siddick is a particularly responsive host and does everything to make our stay easier. The value is unbeatable. I would highly recommend it.

My family and I recently stayed for 9 nights and had an exceptional experience overall. The apartment is on the doorstep to the beach, and surrounded by attractions and restaurants. At least 10 restaurants within walking distance. It had a braai facility, the apartment overlooked the swimming pool and had over 150m of beach view with the most breathtaking sunsets. The host was exceptional. The complex was quiet, peaceful and serene. Giving us the opportunity to enjoy the scenery. We had a quick clean service everyday, we had some supplies provided for our arrival which was just great! It gave us the time to find the shops in the area. Brown and white bread, Washing powder, Milk, Ham, Cheese, Coffee, Fruit Juice, Tea, Ice, Dishwasher soap, butter. If there is one critique I can give it is that the main bed was a bit small. Towels and bedding were fabulous and ample. Air con and fans were great!! We will highly recommend this place, and will be staying here again! Thank you

Many thanks to Laetitia and Laurent for the wonderful time in your little tropical paradise. We had a very nice time during our stay in Cap Malheureux. We took the place as a base for many excursions on the picturesque island. Many tips came from Laetitia and Laurent, which were all very good. We were always treated kindly and courteously and from the two with fruits from the Private garden. The apartment is spacious and corresponds exactly to the pictures of the accommodation. Thank you for everything!

My short stay was great! Enjoyed the place and location and especially the big balcony. Nice pool and close to the beach and restaurants. Narvada is also very friendly and responsive 😊

It is safe with security at the main gate 24/7. Lovely stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. It has everything you need. It is really nicr home away from home. Big thumbs up from my whole family.

Staying in Kush's apartment was great - Kush is extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is located on the ground floor, you got a little outside table and can use the little pool. The location is just a few minutes by foot away from the beach, the supermarket and restaurants - very convenient, yet in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Our stay with Laurent and his wonderful family exceeded all expectations. The home was impeccably clean, peaceful, and ideally located. Each morning, I enjoyed working on the serene patio, which was perfect for staying productive during this working vacation. The fresh breeze and tranquil surroundings made it an inspiring place to start the day. In the evenings, we loved walking to the nearby beach for dinner, discovering a variety of restaurants—10 nights wasn’t nearly enough to try them all! During our stay, I had an unexpected mishap and needed to visit the hospital for stitches. Laurent and his kind-hearted daughter didn’t hesitate to assist. They personally took me to the hospital and helped communicate my needs, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a manageable one with their generosity and support. I can’t imagine a better place to call home on this beautiful island. We can’t wait to return and experience Laurent’s and his warm hospitality again.

The property was great - very spacious with several communal areas. The location was also good, only a few mins walk from the beach as well as shops and restaurants, and within Mauritius it's a good spot for visiting other places too. Nash was really helpful with providing recommendations and answering any queries we had.

The apartment is large, clean, has a great terrace, enough furniture and kitchen equipment. The waste is picked up every two days, which was a pleasant surprise. There is a parking space, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The bed is large and comfortable, the bathroom is perfectly clean, and there is a separate wardrobe room. The only unpleasant thing is that the apartment heats up insanely during the day: the bed gets very hot and takes a long time to cool down, even the shower gel gets hot. So I had to keep my toiletries in the fridge. The air conditioning in the bedroom is quite weak, but it's good to have it. Everything else was great, we are very happy with our stay at Annette's.

Vic’s place was as described. Felt at home from the time we arrived. The housekeeper Roumila was fantastic. She helped us with a transport arrangements, suggested activities and places to go. Would definitely recommend Vic’s place to friends and anyone. Hope to return there again in the future. Thank you Vic, Thank you Roumila.

The apartment is located in a family living area with very nice neighbors and a friendly doorman. You feel safe and comfortable. Ronald always responded immediately and proactively asked if everything was okay. The apartment has been very spacious for 3 people. We all immediately felt at home - overlooking the sea and a kitchen where you can cook great. The bus stop is 3 minutes on foot, the beach and the good restaurants 10 minutes. So everything is perfect!

The peace I was looking for.

A wonderful stay. The villa has spectacular views to the north and the layout for indoor/outdoor relaxation is fantastic. A lovely pool that gets north sun so is warm even in Mauritius 'winters'. Daily cleans from Pooga worked well - I was alone so never availed myself of any of her cooking which I gather is also an option. The place is near 'everything' - the best restaurant in the country is 20 mins away and there are tons of options 5-15 mins away. Groceries are as little as 5 mins away, 12 tops. Nice spa is also only 5 minutes away. Sunsets are glorious every night. Looking forward to another visit!

There's nothing missing from this very nice apartment in CAP Malheureux. The pool is a plus to cool off in the morning early and at the end of the day... Wendy is a very responsive host who cares about the comfort of her guests . Thank you Wendy you made our sunny break unforgettable . It was nice, clean , safe, and with a super good location in relation to the beach Mont Choisy Beach which could 5 minutes walking distance from the house. Our 2 children, ages 9 and 13, respectively, loved the large and beautiful pool that our 9 year old boy could exactly bottom in. The kids could have been in the house our whole vacation because of the lovely pool😄 Fiona was super friendly, hospitable, and easy to communicate with. We were even allowed to stay in the house as our flight with Air France was delayed 12 hours. We would highly recommend the house and would like to come back another time.

Such a luxurious quiet apartment. We fitted with all our kids very comfortably and all slept so well every night for a week. Walkable to a great bakery, restaurants and cafe and the pool was so close to apartment which made it very easy. We will definitely be back again as the host and location and apartment were all amazing.

As other reviewers have mentioned, Shirley's home is a lovely oasis in a lively area of Mauritius. The local beach nearby is beautiful, and there are many amazing restaurants (Bloom being a particular favorite!) nearby. The outside area and pool is perfect for a group of friends or family to hang out around, and the mangoes from the tree were our favorite treat every morning for breakfast! The best part of the stay however is Shirley and her team Indaree and Karen. They are incredibly kind and take such great care of the place. Karen even babysat our 8 month old so we could experience the boat day with Robert (which is another must do!). Shirley was such a helpful and proactive host - arranged a rental car for us, provided great recommendations and was always responsive. She even offered us a late checkout without even having to request it once she knew we had an evening flight. All in all an amazing stay that we will remember fondly!
