Hello/Good evening, excellent stay at Marie's, the old hotel is very charming. It is an authentic and renovated 1927 historical landmark. The apartment is clean, neat, true to description, quite large and equipped. Located 100m from the beach and shops, convenient for walks of all kinds. We will definitely return during our next trips to Dinard. We warmly recommend choosing Marie's apartment, you too when you are on Dinard. ☺️

Very responsive host. We were welcomed by Erwan's father, a very friendly gentleman. Accommodation only 30 minutes walk from the beach of Saint Malo intramuros. A very nice view from the apartment located on the ground floor. Secure entrance. We recommended this place to our family who regularly come to Saint-Malo.

Very nice place, spotless, clean, consistent with the photos and description. Located a 10min walk from St Malo Intra muros. Attention 4 floors to climb on foot. Elisabeth responded very quickly to our requests and gave us some good tips for visits and walks around. In short, a very nice stay!

We had a great time at Elisabeth's place. It is perfectly located, in the heart of Dinard but quiet. The accommodation is very clean and functional, and very bright. We did not take advantage of the small balcony because we went there in January but it is possible to have lunch there and it faces south. The bedding is very comfortable and the shutters and windows allow perfect insulation from noise and light. Elisabeth is a very friendly host and accommodating for schedules. We will keep this address safe because we will definitely come back. A big thank you!

Very nice character house with an amazing view. We were 9 adults and we felt like we were at home, we were even able to enjoy the garden for lunch. A few minutes from the beach, the location is ideal. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable. We plan to be back!

We spent Christmas at Adrienne's. The house is ideally located a few meters from the sea. It is well furnished and convenient for a large family. We had a great time!

I had read the comments of previous people who had been there and I can confirm that this place is at the top as well as the restaurants around. We'll keep fond memories of it.

We had a pleasant stay at Édouard's. The house is comfortable, very clean and nicely decorated, the fireplace is operational! We also enjoyed the location. Emmanuelle was very helpful and responsive! We would like to return to sunny days rediscover the house and its surroundings!

We (six adults) had a lovely stay at Isabelle's place. The house was clean and tidy and had good amenities. The size was perfect for us. There are two ways to sit outside and the proximity to the beach was a special pleasure for us. Thank you for the time, we would come back anytime.

Bright, clean, well-equipped and good location. Comfortable bedding. A downside for those who sleep with the window open: noisy neighborhood, party people, delivery trucks. Otherwise, window closed, sound insulation ok. Free parking on Avenue des Terre neuviers, 8 minutes walk. Great hosting.

We had a great weekend in this beautiful and very clean apartment. It is very well located, steps to the beach and close to the historic center. Plus, the hosts are very welcoming and recommend great restaurants and activities. I highly recommend it!!

There were two of us at Corinne's place and it was wonderful. The apartment is very charmingly furnished and excellently equipped. We spent two nights at Corinne's place and enjoyed breakfast on the terrace under the blue sky. Unforgettable is also the beautiful view of the harbour. Merci Corinne, we will be back again!

Apartment as described and very clean. Very well located: Saint-Malo intramuros 10 minutes walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road... Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. Marie-Claire was also very pleasant in the management of departure and check-in. In short, we had a great stay. Too short this time. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment with its beautiful view. The beach is on the living room. Easy to access, Intra-muros 20mn walk by walking on the water front. We recommend eyes closed.

Very pleasant stay in a beautiful apartment with magical views of Dinard and St Malo. In addition to an appreciated welcome, the apartment is on a huge well-maintained, landscaped estate including walks at the foot of the GR 34. The rental location is ideal for walking to Dinard market, coastal trails but also other beautiful destinations such as St Malo, Cancale, Dinan...Thanks to Clément and see you soon

This is a lovely place, we would stay here again. The description and pictures in the listing are accurate. Beatrice was a great host, she met us when we got there and gave us a thorough orientation to the apartment. We had everything we needed there, we did pay the extra 10 euros for linens. There was a lot of room for us including lots of storage space. We highly recommend this place.
