Very well located with a very pleasant view of the seaside. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. We were looking for peace and quiet, that's exactly what we had. Damien and Marie even left us an extra hour, while my spouse comes back from his run and can change. Lovely. We recommend it out loud!

True to this address, we had a great time at Christian's place, again. Beautiful spaces, great comfort, ideal equipment, all concur in wellness, with an exceptional view of the beach as a bonus. Ideally located , close to local shops and transport, it is a practical anchor for everyday life, as well as for walks and discoveries around.

Clean accommodation, with all the necessities including paper towels, toilet paper, shower products, sheets, towels at no extra cost. Bonus: welcome treats! Very nice view of the port. Close to Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. Street parking is sometimes difficult. Responsive host.

Great place , very well arranged with a refined decoration on the theme of the sea and the boat . The ideal location for a break and a return to the sea and nature . An amazing view! The studio is very clean, the decor neat, the layout optimized. No noise during these 3 days spent there. The renovation of the studio in an authentic and old building ( quite a few apartments under renovation apparently)is really successful. And then Saint Cast, we love it. You can do anything on foot from the apartment: the GR 34, the shops, the beach . It was great, we'll be back. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay. The house was ideally located for walking some stages of the gr34. You have a beautiful sea view and it is very quiet. Communication with Pascale went very smoothly and in a friendly way. Highly recommended!

Very nice character house with an amazing view. We were 9 adults and we felt like we were at home, we were even able to enjoy the garden for lunch. A few minutes from the beach, the location is ideal. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable. We plan to be back!

Perfect house for 2 couples with children, large, very functional, refurbished and with lots of charm. Kitchen and bedroom with sea and sunset views, a real treat every night. Ideally located, shops within walking distance, beach opposite with easy access to the Île des Ébihens. We were all delighted with our stay.

You can sail 30 minutes from Cancale, St Malo, Dinard and 15 minutes from Dinan, perfect! Thanks for the nice bottle of cider on arrival! We would recommend this listing!

Stay of 6 adults for 3 days, then 2 adults for 3 days. Very comfortable house, ideally located 2 steps from the shore, shops and village center, Mt St Michel, Cancale, Mt Dol, St Malo... great! Easy dog walking and endless space. Geneviève welcomed us with enthusiasm and great kindness, attentive to any questions, and a source of local and regional discoveries. The insert is so nice this season, a wood reserve adapted without problem to our stay and the season. Perfect !

Great weekend in this beautiful apartment in a great location with a beautiful environment and view. Everything was impeccable, we slept well there. Beautiful beaches nearby. A good exchange with Julien also and thank you for accepting our two small dogs and for the small touches at the reception.

Extremely friendly host. Pauline makes herself very available and very responsive in terms of communication. Extremely accommodating and flexible because when it is possible to have the accommodation earlier at check-in or later at checkout, she informs you very quickly what is appreciated. The accommodation is very well located because it is close to the wild coast of Saint Malo, in a very quiet and peaceful place while being easy to access. The only downside would be the spiral staircase which is really narrow, be careful with small children. I had read it on a review, so I had some slippers required to avoid slipping. It remains that the host is really very friendly and very available and very responsive and I find it really appreciated. Thank you Pauline for trusting us and welcoming us!!!

Bright, clean, well-equipped and good location. Comfortable bedding. A downside for those who sleep with the window open: noisy neighborhood, party people, delivery trucks. Otherwise, window closed, sound insulation ok. Free parking on Avenue des Terre neuviers, 8 minutes walk. Great hosting.

Very nice studio, very well located 15 minutes walk from the city center, the beach, the port... very quiet area. The studio has a lovely balcony. The plus of this studio is a nice view of the sea

Very nice home identical to the photos. Apartment located by the sea ideal for fishing or the beach. 10min drive from the intramutos. All amenities nearby. Very well appointed apartment, very clean with all amenities (much more than in other rentals). Really nothing to say. I congratulate Caroline for this very nice apartment and for her very clear communication upon our arrival and departure. we will be back.

Apartment as described and very clean. Very well located: Saint-Malo intramuros 10 minutes walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road... Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. Marie-Claire was also very pleasant in the management of departure and check-in. In short, we had a great stay. Too short this time. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment with its beautiful view. The beach is on the living room. Easy to access, Intra-muros 20mn walk by walking on the water front. We recommend eyes closed.

Very pleasant stay in a beautiful apartment with magical views of Dinard and St Malo. In addition to an appreciated welcome, the apartment is on a huge well-maintained, landscaped estate including walks at the foot of the GR 34. The rental location is ideal for walking to Dinard market, coastal trails but also other beautiful destinations such as St Malo, Cancale, Dinan...Thanks to Clément and see you soon
