We were a large group and felt very much at home There were plenty of rooms and the common areas were well equipped. The communication was very friendly and fast. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at John's place for 2 nights. The cottages are really superbly furnished and are not too small for a family of 4. So here you can also stand it longer. 😊 In the kitchen and bathroom, things like coffee filters, salt, shampoo, toilet paper were available to avoid having to go shopping right away - except food of course. 😉 You can walk right by the house into the forest. 👍 It was not so quiet with us on the WE, which is certainly the case - because there was a dog tournament with us. Otherwise, I can definitely recommend the accommodation and we will definitely come back.

We had a family vacation with Elena. Everything was great. The house is a great , beautiful and cozy place. Beautiful nature, silence. We really want to come. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and a great home .

The communication in advance with the owner was very friendly and informative. When we arrived, we were shown everything. The apartment is well equipped, super clean, the beds are very comfortable. We were three families with small children. The three bathrooms were great for us and the many play opportunities inside and out delighted our children. We were completely satisfied. Thank you

We had a wonderful weekend in the little cottage. We hiked right behind the house and enjoyed the view and the sun. Back in the place it was super cozy and nothing was missing! We will be very happy to come back : )

We were received in a very friendly manner and had a very nice weekend in the house. It is lovingly decorated and you immediately feel comfortable! Everything was thought of, even toys for the kids! Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable that weekend and were very happy! In the house there is everything you could want - the house feels right at home and the garden has a small oasis to sit outside together during the day or evening. Everything is spotlessly clean and the kitchen has everything you could want. It is all made and furnished with a lot of love. And is certainly a good idea for a long time in the house. Communication with Ute was great and warm. She explained everything well and also asked in between if everything is okay. We loved being guests in the house! Highly recommend.

We had a nice weekend as three couples. The vacation home is well located for activities in the surrounding area, the Eibenstock swimming pools are not far away, nor is the Czech border. The room layout is good, in summer you can certainly also use the beautiful garden.

A great cottage to feel good in. Very well-equipped and ample space. We had a wonderful women's day weekend. The kitchen is well equipped and the pool table has also been used extensively. Sylvie and Katja had plenty of tips for us and responded very quickly to questions. Highly recommended.

I booked the apartment for a colleague. The communication with Christian was impeccable and the colleague was also very satisfied with the apartment. I'd love to come back.

Super nice place to stay. Very quiet location and lovingly furnished. Our highlight was the sauna and the homegrown tomatoes that we got right on the first day 🙏🏼 Yvonne also helped us with the restaurant selection on the first evening and made a reservation for us directly. Totally nice! The garden area is also super nice. We'll be back.

We felt very comfortable with Sandy and Rico. Despite our short stay, we were able to relax and unwind very well. The sauna and hot tub are of course the absolute highlight of the accommodation. But the rest of the cottage was also very nice. Overall, everything was very clean and as described in the listing. We were also very pleased with the small touches provided. The location of the property is also great, as everything you need can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Sandy and Rico were also very friendly and always available. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Clear recommendation! We will be happy to come back :)

The first impression was really good, the lower living space was warm and modernly furnished and there was everything you need. The lower bathrooms were heated, but didn't get really warm. The upper bedrooms were nicely decorated, also the hallway warms the sofa really cozy and warm. The upper bathroom was nice and warm, but the shower was an adventure, at some point you had the hang of it. The street noise was uncomfortable at night, with the window open didn't go at all. But the location on the street is just like this and you can't change it. We had a lovely weekend in the spacious house and would like to mention that the small pub next door is really quaint, cozy and it's hard to find it. We can recommend the house! A dream of a house. Idyllic location, tranquility in the forest. Rarely slept so well and went on vacation. The house is super equipped. Communication is straightforward. We will be happy to come back.

The two-week vacation at Silvia's place was far too short. We felt at home in the cozy house. The thick walls kept the heat out and it was always pleasant. The huge garden offered the children a lot of variety and us an idyllic view of the rustic house with coffee and cake. The warm welcome made it very easy for us to get started and we couldn't even follow up on all the insider tips in the 2 weeks. The tarte flambée from the Erbschänke opposite and the cakes and other baked goods from Nentschau are a pleasure. Our questions were answered immediately at any time and we were warmly looked after. We were 2 families and had some good time in this lovely place. Cozy kitchen and plenty of storage space for ski gear. The sound of the creek was very relaxing😊
