Quiet house (100 sqm) with garden (quiet house)

The 4* *** star holiday home in a rare secluded location! Our holiday home contains almost exclusively high-quality branded appliances. The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by a large dining area with a solid wooden table and corner bench. On the upper floor are the bedrooms with a large parent bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet. The slightly smaller children's room with 2 beds(1 bunk bed) or sofa bed can certainly also be used by adults.

Very well maintained house in the Bayer. Forest, quiet location

This house half is suitable for 5 people (fitters,vacationers, transienttravelers). Is in a nature park and climatic spa near Waldkirchen in the Bavarian Forest! Two larger lakes nearby ,about 5 km (Erlauzwiesler See and Freudensee)! Wonderful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity! Three-way town of Passau about 25km. To the Czech Republic 30 km,Austria 15 km.

Cozy AtelierHaus im Bayerische Wald

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
