Arrive. Get out. Walk in. Welcome to my place in the center of Gmunden. Park right in front of the front door. Stylish holidays on two floors of 50 m2 each. On the ground floor there is the parking space, entrance and my office. On floor 01 a spacious living/dining room and kitchen including terrace. On floor 02 one bedroom for 2 persons with bathtub and panoramic view, toilet and private room with shower. It's a 5 minutes walk to the center/directly to the lake.

After a full day of vacation, you return to a quiet, green environment that invites you to relax and walk. The completely renovated apartment has 40 square meters. It is on the first floor directly next to the river Traun and includes a free parking spot right in front of the house. It is less than 10 minutes on foot to the Gmunden town square. You can swim in the calm river, start your hike straight from the house and in winter quickly reach various ski resorts by car (Kasberg 25 minutes, Feuerkogel 20 minutes, Gosau 50 minutes).

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. Austria PURE feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence.
