House holiday rentals in Guadeloupe

What a beautiful villa with a beautiful pool! The photos are great and make the house feel good. Access to the sea is a little less convenient than you might want, but Les Raisins Clairs beach is very close by car. We just thought of a few small details to make the stay even more perfect, such as providing a little more toilet paper and some cleaning products (garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soap). Other than that, the house was spotless and we had a wonderful two weeks! Thank you so much Mario!

What can I say? Everything was perfect: the house is new and extremely well thought out. With a large common area, three beautiful bedrooms each with a bathroom and a separate quite comfortable shed with an outdoor shower. The pool is perfect for kids who can learn to swim. Our 15-month-old and 3-year-and-6-month-old grandchildren had a great time. The garden is beautiful. The only downside is the access road which is not really paved. The two beaches nearby are very good, especially Loquet. There is a fascinating art center nearby and an excellent Creole restaurant, St François Saint Anne and the Moule are worth visiting. In short, an excellent stay.

The house was better than in the listing. The amenities, especially those in the kitchen, are complete and of high quality. The owner is very nice, we had a great time.

A real little piece of heaven! The house is super well laid out, it immediately feels like home. The garden is beautiful, perfect for enjoying the calm, and the pool was a real delight after our days of excursions. The location is great, very close to the beach, and the host is really adorable and thoughtful. We leave with great memories… Thank you for everything!

We only spent 4 nights in our kaz, but what a great time. Sulyanise welcomed us with great sweetness and kindness, we discovered together the fertilization of vanilla and so many other stories of the island. A real enchanted parenthesis, thank you to her and Philippe.

We had a great time at Nathalie and Nicolas's house. Ideally located, the house is very pleasant to live in with its large covered terrace. Our hosts were adorable, very considerate and attentive to our well-being. Our communication was very fluid via messaging. Thank you for the little touches provided upon our arrival and a special thank you to Philippe who took care of us on site.

We had a great time at Maguy's place which is very welcoming, smiling and caring. It is also very good tips and the accommodation is very well located for waterfalls, Saintes and Soufriere. We would highly recommend it.

The big highlight of the listing is its location. Close to Malendure beach, shops ...no need to take the car ( because parking during the day to access it seems quite epic! ) in the heart of local life. Welcoming host. Very simple, clean accommodation... efficient!perfect for visiting lowland. We leave with regret...

We had a great time at Martine and Sully's! Warm, welcoming, and thoughtful hosts. They made us discover the country's delicious fruits as well as their homemade arranged rums, a real treat. Always available, they gave us some great tips on sightseeing in the area. We'd highly recommend their place for an authentic and friendly experience!

This was our second stay at this wonderful apartment and we again enjoyed it very much. The house’s location in the forest but close to the beach (5 minutes by car) is perfect for a stay in Basse-Terre. We also booked another boat trip to Grand Cul-de-Sac Marin with Gaby and it was fantastic. If you stay a few days, we definitely recommend this trip. Thank you very much to Gaby and Julia.

Clean, comfortable and good location cottage. Very good welcome. Cyrille gave us lots of good advice. Small bemol the 2 bedroom cottage we had is a little small and does not have a living room or room, just the sheltered terrace next to the open kitchen also on the terrace.

We were amazed by the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The estate is superb, very well decorated and surrounded by lush vegetation, offering a peaceful and exotic atmosphere. The small jacuzzi pool is a real plus, ideal for relaxing. The hosting was exceptional: Mariette welcomed us with incredible kindness and had even prepared a delicious Colombo chicken – a surprise that touched us and put us directly into the local atmosphere. Regarding the accommodation, it is spacious and pleasant. The bed is equipped with mosquito nets. On the other hand, there are a few things to improve: the air conditioning only works from 8 p.m. The bathroom deserves a renovation and, unfortunately, the fridge was not clean and a little sticky when we arrived. Despite these small inconveniences, we had a nice stay and especially remember the beauty of the place and the warm welcome. With a few upgrades, it would be a perfect place!

Pristine villa close to all amenities and easily accessible by car. For our group of 8 (6 adults and 2 teenagers), it was the perfect place as each had their own bedroom with private bathroom. The small bungalow just a few steps from the main villa offered privacy for the ones occupying it and was very charming. The pool was immaculate and everything looked like in the pictures. There's a nice walking trail just below the villa. On one side you can walk for miles. On the other you find yourself on a deserted beach where the only occupants are pelicans. Stéphane replied quickly to all our questions before our arrival. Once there, he greeted us at the villa and provided us with great restaurant recommandations. Our only regret was to have to leave after 7 days. We wish we would have stayed longer! We never travel twice to the same spot but we would definitely return to guadeloupe and stay at this villa again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed a family vacation and would highly recommend this place. The villa is perfect, the courtyard is even prettier than in the photos, very intimate and well set up to enjoy the outdoors. The hosts were welcoming and available. Loved our stay and will be back!

A very nice quiet house with vegetation all around us. I recommend this house if you are looking for a relaxing and quiet stay Great for families with kids.

We had a nice two nights, the accommodation is very comfortable, you can go there without a second thought.

The house is simple, pleasant and well appointed and a good value for the money. It has 2 covered terraces with different exhibitions: - one with a table and chairs, overlooking the back facade, - the other with garden furniture, located on the front facade. The Garden is planted with a few fruit trees and flowering shrubs. A creek runs along the back fence. The neighborhood is quiet and a small bakery shop is 100m away. The house is located 4 minutes (by car) from the thermal baths of Sofaïa. We had a great time in this lovely house and recommend it.

We'll miss the view. It was a review that came back a lot, but after staying there I understand now. It's a real little paradise in the mountains. We loved it! The place is also very large and plenty of places to relax outside with the noise of nature.

Very nice and responsive hostess - Central location to visit the island without too many traffic jams , pretty beach for safe swimming and lively with bars and restaurants nearby - close to all shops by car - ideal accommodation for 2 couples of adults with 2 cars parked in the shade: I recommend it.

Beautiful accommodation, spacious with superb views of the saints. It is located 15 minutes walk from the pier but be careful it's not flat!! Laura and her companion are lovely.

Francine is an extremely easy-going host, friendly and attentive to her tenants so that they have a great stay We recommend this rental without so much as a second thought, you won't be disappointed.

There is a local lady, Patricia, who welcomed us and provided us with answers to any questions. She was very responsive. The air conditioning unit in our bedroom wasn't working when we first arrived. She got it repaired as quickly as possible. (In the meantime, we slept in another bedroom that also had an air conditioning unit.) View of the sea is gorgeous. Pool is large and lovely. Kitchen is great and well-appointed. There is a next door cat that visits daily. There are also chickens that visit daily, if one wants. Lots of space available, reliable wi-fi, nice bluetooth speaker. GORGEOUS front yard FULL of lush, large beautiful plants and flowers. Outdoor space is lovely and well-appointed - hammock is divine!
