Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Guadeloupe

We were well received by Jessica in the hamlet of Anse Ferry in Deshayes, the check-in instructions were clear (independent check-in, key box). The home is located in an authentic neighborhood, a few dozen meters from the sea and a very friendly restaurant. The very pretty beach of Leroux, very close, quiet, is very nice. We took excellent baths, admired the fish (left and right of the beach at the rock level) and even the iguanas. Very good place to crisscross the northwest coast of Basse Terre and enjoy the beautiful beaches up to Ste Rose. Don't forget to take a trip to the lagoon and mangrove from the port of Ste Rose.

We spent five nights in this studio and felt immediately comfortable. Modern furnishings and thought of everything. Even a shopping cart and a parasol were there. The only damper was the occasional lack of water in one of the kitchen, which seems to be normal in the marina. A water tank was installed for the bathroom. We can recommend this property with a clear conscience.

We spent a few days at Caroline's and everything went very smoothly. The accommodation is very well located for visiting Basse Terre and close to shops by car. It's very functional. Caroline and her husband were very attentive and full of good advice. Many thanks to them.

a top rental, with a family welcome, a well-appointed accommodation, quiet, with magnificent views of the sea and Guadeloupe, a flowered garden, small hummingbirds, the soothing noise of a small fountain, quick access to the beach from sugar bread. We stayed here for a week and loved it. The apartment was spotlessly clean and quiet. Driving directions were clear and check in was easy. They provided guidance on what to do so we were able to explore and enjoy so many things from beaches to snorkeling to great during our short week there. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals, and there are food restaurants within driving distance. We were a short drive to Malendure Beach. The view is amazing. We sat on the porch everyday just to absorb the beautiful view. Jean Pierre and Gaelle host happy hours to welcome new residents. It was a wonderful way to meet other people. Their hospitality made our visit extra special. We also appreciated how kind and patient they were with our limited knowledge of French and our use of Google translate and a French-English dictionary. Thank you for a beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming visit!

Ideal and well-equipped accommodation for a family with two children, we had a pleasant stay. The residence is quiet and very well maintained, the garden is beautiful and the pool is lovely. Our hosts were very available and gave good advice.

A little paradise, Françoise thought of everything on the practical side (cooler, Tupperware, towels, board games, washing machine). I recommend this place! My son loved Mushi, Françoise's adorable dog.

The big highlight of the listing is its location. Close to Malendure beach, shops ...no need to take the car ( because parking during the day to access it seems quite epic! ) in the heart of local life. Welcoming host. Very simple, clean accommodation... efficient!perfect for visiting lowland. We leave with regret...

Excellent evening and night. A very quiet place, no noise in the neighborhood. The pool is a real plus after the overwhelming day we had. Thank you very much for the welcome, very warm.

The house is simple, pleasant and well appointed and a good value for the money. It has 2 covered terraces with different exhibitions: - one with a table and chairs, overlooking the back facade, - the other with garden furniture, located on the front facade. The Garden is planted with a few fruit trees and flowering shrubs. A creek runs along the back fence. The neighborhood is quiet and a small bakery shop is 100m away. The house is located 4 minutes (by car) from the thermal baths of Sofaïa. We had a great time in this lovely house and recommend it.

Franck is a lovely, friendly and very helpful host. He personally welcomed us and provided us with many tips about beaches and snorkeling opportunities. In addition, he even took the time to take us for a morning to waterfalls in the rainforest, which was really great. The apartment exceeded our expectations, we especially appreciated the open kitchen, as well as the existing amenities such as spices, dishwasher tablets and many other little things like a welcome drink in the fridge. We can fully recommend the apartment.

charming apartment located 5 min walk to the beach of Petit Havre, one of the most beautiful beaches in Ste Anne. It is tastefully decorated and is very well equipped with its air-conditioned bedroom, open kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. My 2 teenagers slept very well in a sofa bed . A very nice terrace and garden finishes this very nice apartment. Thanks to Karine for her kindness and thoughtfulness. Go there with your eyes closed

Gaëtanes place was perfectly placed right next to the harbour and minuted walk from a supermarket, with parking on the road outside the accommodation, it made our time there easy and stress free. The pool access was also good for relaxing in the hot weather. I would recommend staying here!
