Incredible welcome from Monique in her accommodation, an exclusive and pleasantly surprising experience. The house is located in an urbanization with good views towards Alicante and the Mediterranean Sea, with easy street parking. It has every luxury of details to spend a stay with all the comforts, it is worth highlighting how clean and tidy everything was. Without a doubt, Monique makes everything functions for your passage through there leave you a good memory. I will definitely go again when I go to Alicante.

All is beautiful, the accommodation, very clean, we had everything we needed at home, very close to the beach, we were very satisfied, and the lady is very kind.

Moses' place is great!! It's close to EVERYTHING, the beach, the restaurant promenade, downtown, drinks area... plus the street is for residents and you can park at the gate, which is wonderful. The plot area is beautiful and spacious, well-lit, shower etc. The interior has everything you need for the day to day and Moses left us even coffee and oil, there was nothing missing we are like at home !! super cool nights with fan, penguin the main room had a terrace and also comes in fresquito. There are also two TVs in both the bedroom and the living room, has a washing machine, friegaplatos and two bathrooms, everything super clean and great the truth! Moses is a sweetheart and will repeat sure THANK YOU

Every morning, open your door and watch the sunrise over the sea, have meals in front of the sea , go to the beach taking a few steps , this house is happiness!! In addition Sonia speaks French and the couple is very friendly and responsive if needed. Hope to come back soon..

Rosita was an amazing host. She communicated with us really well. Her apartment was as described and more! It has everything you could need and lots of lovely little touches. As she had no one staying the next day she kindly let us check out later due to having a late flight, this was incredibly kind of her. The book with all the information in was very detailed and helpful. One thing that I would probably say needs adding to the description of the air b&b would be that the steps to the solarium are very steep with an awkward step to enter back into the kitchen!

Villa is beautiful and spotlessy clean perfect location very peaceful and restaurants were within a 5 minute walk.our flight was late but host was still there to pick us up in the small hours of the morning.host was very friendly and showed around the villa.check out was at 12pm but they let us stay till 3 pm.great air conditioning in bedroom and main room which was a god send when you came in from the heat outside.all in all it was an excellent villa to stay at and I would highly recommend using dimitri.

In our opinion, the apartment was better than it appeared in the pictures. The area was absolutely great. We used the back a lot, this was a nice area sheltered with palm trees and fresh wind from the sea, here we spent a lot of time both morning, day and evening. The pool was great, the kids loved it. Walking distance to a large shopping center with everything you could need. The shopping center is very chaotic in the evening, recommend finding another place to eat than here. Good dialog with the host, they always responded quickly and were helpful. There was a box of bath toys for the pool or for the beach, it was a lot of fun. Recommended!

The accommodation more than met our expectations, even above average. The house is fully equipped: spaciously equipped kitchen, good beds and a comfortable bathroom. Comfortable furniture in the living room and in the conservatory, where it can be cooled and heated. Ciuadad Quesada is very built and for everything you need a car..even though shops are 5 minutes away. To Torrevieja, for example, is half an hour by car: good to realize that in advance. The description does not consistently indicate the correct address: Marabu 2 is the number of the street and 30 is the house number. In the house there is a welcome booklet with some information about the amenities in and near the house, such as the wifi code that is on the router in the conservatory. Especially if you arrive in the evening, it is pleasant if the above is on the airbnb site. We didn't find the area around Ciudad Quesada very attractive to say the least.

Everything is great! We would recommand it to everyone. We stayed there with our 2y old son and it was perfect. The house was very safe, as well as the neighbourhood. And the house was totaly new and renovated. Really beautifull. You’ll have everything you need, with the luxury of the rooftop, jacuzzi and airconditioning. The town is very nice as well. The swimmingpool is so clean and close. We loved the sea and Calabassi beach. A car is recommanded because of the hills. Andriy and his wife are really friendly and helpfuss. Thank you so much!
