I loved my stay here! It is a great place if you are looking to be away from the tourist crowds and want a beautiful view in a private space. I was only here for a short stay and spent most of my time enjoying the balcony but if you want to explore, the Sunday market in San Pablo is a nice local market and you can take a tuk tuk to the neighboring towns. I agree with earlier recommendations to order a pizza from Stuart your first night here and have the leftovers the next day. It was delicious! The water is hot, the bed was comfortable, drinking water is provided, and the coffee and bread were a nice touch. After weeks of tiny hotel rooms, it was so nice to have a kitchen, space to hang up my clothes, and a private balcony. I would love to come back and stay for longer!

Amazing location and views! Very steep hill to descend and climb to enter and exit the Airbnb but very close to water and kayaks are available to use. We had breakfast delivered both mornings and it was incredible to sit on the porch and have fresh delicious food. Very good communication with the hosts. They were very responsive and helpful. Would stay again! Highly recommend

Amazing experience! We are 100% satisfied with our stay at this place, a true natural paradise. The environment is beautiful, quiet and perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature at its best. In addition, the host was always very attentive and available to resolve any concerns we had during our stay. We definitely recommend this place as a family vacation destination. Atitlan is already one of the most beautiful places in the world but having this view and natural feeling room was amazing. I love that you can actually get in the water and don't have to leave the property. The kitchen is cool and open, the room was comfy and the bathroom was all we needed. If you are looking for a place to relax and connect with yourself, this is it.

What an incredible stay! The views, the comfort, the hospitality! Marlies and Gabriel were both lightning fast communicators. We’d love to especially thank Sergio, the tuktuk driver working with our hosts, who was exceptionally accessible and reliable. We never had to worry about transportation and it made the trip so smooth! Thank you for the friendliness and the opportunity to view the lake in such a special way. We would highly recommend staying in this sweet little home.

Excellent! The place is heavenly, super private and the care of the guardians makes you feel comfortable and reliable. We are traveling with our kitten and the place is totally safe and pet-friendly. It's not hard to get to, but keep in mind that it's about 50 minutes on the ground. The cleanliness is excellent, both at the house and on the beach. The guardians were waiting for us to arrive, to provide us with the boat service to tourist sites, they made sure that we were totally comfortable. The house has all the basic amenities, air conditioning, privacy, etc. It is preferable to bring your own food and supplies as there are no nearby places to shop.

The house is beautiful, with wide well distributed spaces and a spectacular view of San Felipe Castle, perfect to enjoy the sunsets. Byron, the guardian of the property, was extremely friendly and was always ready to help us in everything we needed. Also, Gemima, the host was attentive to our arrival and that everything was fine during our stay. We had the opportunity to use the kayak and jet ski, which was an incredible experience, the pool is large and perfect for relaxing. We hope to be back soon!

Excellent place- good value for money. Be aware kitchen is basic has no microwave or oven (but both a gas and electric cooktop). Tricky to find- exact instructions with pics necessary. Stairs leading to bathroom from bedroom are a bit hazardous at night (flashlight useful). We loved the place - quiet and conveniently close to the dock. Across the street we counted 31 species of birds in the Casa Tzikaab parking lot.

Extraordinary airbnb: amongst the most lovely we have ever been to in the world (many!). Simple but perfectly appointed bungalow in a luscious garden 3 minutes walk from the Lake. Christa made check-in easy and helped immediately with any small problems.
