Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gümüşlük

We particularly enjoyed the accommodation. On the one hand, the place is nicer than the pictures show. In addition, the accommodation is nicely decorated and clean. The furniture and equipment are new and not worn. The location is great because it is quiet around the villa and yet you are very close to the city and thus to restaurants bars and clubs. So you have everything from yours. The pool area has sun all day, so you can sunbathe and take advantage of it in peace. The owners and staff of the property are available at all times and the communication is great. This place is super recommended. They are super cute cats in the area who crave love and attention. This was the most beautiful thing we were able to experience on our vacation.

Wonderful stay in Selma's house, large, beautiful, very well decorated and very pleasant to live in: shade, pool, terraces, magnificent view and quiet environment. The house is very close to the city center but the path is very steep. We would recommend this house!

WOW. This place is stunning, we're already planning a return trip as soon as possible. Probably the most beautiful pool/view combo I've ever experienced, along with an exceptionally comfortable and well-stocked Airbnb. Communication was excellent, and I can't think of anything to improve on at all. If you're thinking of booking, do it.

Ms. Eda was a very kind host and was very caring at the same time. It made me feel like I was a guest in a friend's house. Other than that, the location and authentic atmosphere of the house made for a nice experience 👍🏻

We stayed as part of our visit to Turkey. The views are breathtaking. We were advised to get a car and I would recommend the same to anyone else. It's not a walking area where the residence is. A 5 minute drive away and you can park & walk. It is truly a remarkable house. After some groceries we spent almost an entire day inside just enjoying the space. It's top on my list when I return to the area.

A very comfortable and very well appointed apartment that is 50 meters to the beach and 50 meters to the Dolmus which transports you to Bodrum for 50TL. We could not have been happier with our stay and the prompt responses from Janice. Turn right at the bottom of the steps and walk down the street and around the bend to a well stocked market. A fruit and vegetable stand is just beyond the market. Many nice restaurants along the beach in either direction. We preferred those to the right. We have enjoyed Airbnb's around the world and this is one of our favorites.

It was a very nice stay! The large terrace was wonderful and there was everything you need. I would book it again!! Thanks also to George who was very helpful and always checked on our well being.

We are really happy to have found this place. Very cosy and friendly atmosphere, especially for longer stays, it’s great. The staff is the great mix of professional and friendly. They were very welcoming with our (sometimes overly active) kids. The garden is beautifully made and well maintained. Highly recommended!

Probably the best Airbnb we've stayed in: very clean apartment, matches the description, comfortable bedding, 2 private terraces with views, very well located 10 minutes from the center, quiet, super well equipped, very convenient when traveling light: towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, washing machine, there's everything! Air conditioning, storage, Netflix, WiFi, everything to prepare food and everything you need for breakfast in the morning, luxury! And then there's Dina & Maria, attentive if needed, very kind who hosted us super well: advice, bus schedules, map of the island and small gifts that allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Really the BEST OF THE BEST, you won't be able to find better. Thanks again Dina & Maria for everything, your apartment and your hosting were a real asset for a successful vacation.

Beautiful villa in a good and quiet location with great and wide views over the sea to Turkey. Beautiful terrace with large swimming pool, plenty of good quality loungers, a lounge area, whirlpool,... Very accommodating, always available hosts with warm service by Maria. We felt very comfortable!

Our stay at La Boheme Ashram was fantastic! It was a last minute booking for us (<8 hours) and Soli made sure that everything was taken care of despite being half way around the world! He was extremely attentive during our stay, and the villa was exactly what we were looking for near Yalikavak. Soli's place is a perfect choice if you're looking to combine privacy and luxury. A++

We had an amazing stay at the apartment in Kos! The apartment was luxurious and beautifully decorated, with a tasteful interior that made us feel right at home. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The jacuzzi was a fantastic highlight, offering the perfect way to relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Stelinos was a wonderful host - very helpful and friendly, always available to assist with anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying here. Even though it was October in this villa, we had unforgettable days from the summer with a warm weather. The villa greeted us with its magnificent view when we first entered. The furniture is stylish, modern and very tastefully furnished, it made us feel special from the first moment. It was a magnificent detail that all bedrooms had unobstructed views of the sea and had their own bathroom-WC in each room. We didn't have a fight in which room to stay in:) All the items you might need in the kitchen have been considered. We prepared both breakfast and dinner just by shopping for Sundays and Groceries. In fact, we intended to have breakfast in the villa and eat out in the evening. But we didn't want to miss that gorgeous sunset with a view of the kitchen. Cooking had never been such a pleasure. The barbecue corner of the villa was also very well thought out. We enjoyed a nice barbecue on a warm Mediterranean evening. It was also easy for us to have a washing machine and dryer. We have a good reason to choose the villa again.

It was a perfectly nice experience. House is more than the photos. It has a unique style , very large, ellegant furnitures and fabulous view which you can watch the Argean sea and the ships from the windy garden . It is very suitable for big families. There are all details at home . Alex was a very kind and interested host. Higgşy reccomended.

Great location , wonderful place and fantastic host Erkan who was super helpful and proactive with his communication . The house is perfectly located with close proximity to the marina and amenities , groceries . We also rented a car and access from the area was super easy . We highly recommend this place for families or a big group . We will surely come again !

We loved this house. House was clean and all AC machines were working. There were so many towels alao for beach. There was always hot water. Host Mehmet was very kindly and friendly. If we will have a chance to come Bodrum again, we will select this house again for sure. We highly recommend this house.
