Apartment perfectly corresponding to the description, very nice, clean, very very well equipped (pherhaps one of the most well equipped we found). Host very nice and friendly. Position and view good, walking distance (about 15 min) to the center, parking not so easy but not impossible. All perfect!

Feels like home. Very clean and nice place to stay.

Elefteria is a great host and very friendly. She has a supermarket under the house and you can find anything there. Definitely worth visiting again!

The location of the house was very good. It was very clean. The house had most of what you could need. There was a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room that could be converted into a bed. (The sofa in the living room is sufficient for a short vacation but will not be used for a long time.) We had no problems communicating with the host Ioannis. He was very kind. If you are going to stay in Pythagorion, this house will make you happy. Thanks again.

Little white house was a really nice place, cozy and well decorated💙 Anahid was very kind and friendly!! We felt like home!! I would recommend little white house to feel greek spirit on samos island!!

A beautiful small home, which gives surprisingly much room inside. all the restaurants are 2m walking beach 20 meters. many people stop to take a picture of the building as it's beautifully done. had a great stay in kokkari!

The appartement is confortable. However it was difficult to find it because the location of the apartment on Airbnb map was not precise enough and Ertan's information was too brief. The neighbouring didn't speak English, we don't speak Turkish so it was complicated... The street is parallel to the main road, it begins near the service station, then along the mosque, then 50 meters more. You see a big black metallic portal. Then you call Ertan who is reactive and helpful.

Mr. Kutay is a real gentleman and a very respectful host. The location, silence and cleanliness of the house was great. Highly recommend for those who will be staying in the area.

Vicky was super helpful from minute 1 and always responsive. She also gives great massages so make sure to book one with her. Vicky and her family make you feel right at home but you’ll still have all the peace and quiet that goes along with the beautiful location just a little bit outside Kokkari. Which we find perfect as we don’t like to be in the bustling city center. Thank you for a great time, Vicky!

We (family of 4) stayed in the apartment for 5 days. A wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and helped us with everything. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. I recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back!

Ms. Dilek was very caring and helpful, you can easily provide transportation to everywhere in terms of location very central. I recommend.

I had a very nice time in Agios Konstantinos! I made some beautiful hikes nearby. I had a map and a Dutch hking guide, but I was happy to find an English hiking guide in the appartment! And I had a very nice dinner in one of the mountain villages, in one of the restaurants the host suggested.

I greatly recommend everyone to come here, really clean, perfect location, all the commodities needed, responsive and helpful host. You will have a great time here !

Hasan was a responsive, accommodating host who took the time to make sure we felt at home. On top of that, the apartment was wonderful. Exactly as described, it was well appointed, clean, in a great location with easy parking. I would highly recommend this apartment and would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Exceeded my expectations! Nick's place is comfy, well furnished, has all the amenities and then some, that you could possible need. Having our own parking spot was fabulous since its tricky to find a place in the village.

The apartment we stayed in was really beautiful with its view, my favorite is the sea view and pleasure, let's not forget the pool of course 😉 we had a very comfortable holiday. And we had a very good sleep, because the bed was chosen very well. We did not have any difficulty as it was the area we knew. I need a house like this too 😉 Thanks for everything Suzie. Maybe one day we'll see you again.

Cozy apartment, very well equipped with everything you can need, very comfortable beds and the best view left to the old center and right to the sea. The apartment has a private entrance, so you feel like in a tiny house. It is located above a small beach - probably the most pittoresk (and a bit hidden) in Kokkari. Kostas (and his family) is a super friendly and sensitive host! He was always keen to ensure that I felt comfortable and made my stay in Kokkari incredible pleasant. Thank you!

Dimitri's apartment was perfect for us! It is large, nicely furnished and above all very well equipped and very clean and tidy. The location is also very good, you can walk to the nearest beach or the city center in 15 minutes. Communication went very smoothly. For this price, our expectations were completely exceeded. We felt very comfortable.

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

The family is super sweet and welcoming. They cared very much that we had a great stay and we felt at home in their company.

Efcharis was a wonderful n kind host. He was very flexible and accommodating with our check-in n check-out times, which we really appreciated. When we arrived he welcomed us personally. He had thought of everything, from a gift bottle of ouzo to snacks for our son and even drinking water. He also provided us with helpful information about Samos, and brochures were ready on the table. The location of the house is just as described, offering a lively spot with a view of Samos town square, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, and everything else you might need are within walking distance.The terrace is delightful n if the weather is cool, having a meal at the kitchen table while watching the sea through the window feels truly special. The Wi-Fi speed in the house was more than sufficient. We stayed during a rainy and cold period, but the house was comfortably heated with the air conditioning, and the hot water worked perfectly. Thank you for everthing!

Everything about our stay at Dimitris’s apartment was perfect. His directions were easy to navigate and he even let us take advantage of late check out because our ferry was so late in the day. I was (unfortunately) needing to work for a portion of our stay and the wifi was fast and reliable. Regarding the neighborhood, I highly recommend staying here, especially if the next phase of your journey is a ferry ride! We visited very much in the off season but there was still amazing restaurants open within walking distance and many places to rent a car to explore.

We first booked through Airbnb. I have to say, there were no problems. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and it has everything you need. There is also a pool, which was also very well maintained and clean. A clear 10 out of 10 :)
