Located in the heart of mumbles. Known as Coral Cove, this stunning 1-Bed apartment is bright and airy with a modern feel. It is on the ground floor with 2 large windows on the front aspect offering views through Southend Gardens to the Stunning Swansea Bay.

The property has parking if required (it is 125 yards from the property) parking costs extra per night.

The apartment has a double bed, smart TV & Superfast Broadband fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar area.

The space
The Apartment has a shower room with good size walk in shower.

The bedroom has a double Bed with Smart TV

The living room is connected to the kitchen with large array of relative cupboards and work surfaces.

The modern kitchen contains the electric combi boiler giving instant heat and hot water without using any gas. The kitchen also has an array of cupboards, built under oven, hob, and extractor and Fridge Freezer.

Small appliances provided are: microwave, toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.


The living area has a large Smart TV, sofa and coffee table.

We also have a studio, 2 x 2 bedroom and a 3 bedroom apartment available at Belmont House.

Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the whole apartment. There is a communal foyer area which leads to your front door. Even though you will have access to the rest of the communal areas (stair cases and hallways) you don't really have any need to use them.

Other things to note
Parking is available for an extra cost. Parking spaces are limited so it is a first come first served basis, but once it is booked it is guaranteed.

NOTE: parking is up a hill 125 yards from the property.
