Had a great stay over Easter Weekend. Ivy was very quick to reply on any communications.The Studio Apartment is exactly as described and very comfortable. Lot of work being carried out on the Prom which has impacted the parking, not many free spaces available but plenty of spaces in the Pay and Display ( All out of Ivy's control) We will recommend to friends and family and will definitely return.

Matt's house is really a home away from home, with everything you could possibly want. There were loads of little extras too which are always welcomed (especially when you've totally forgotten pasta and it's 5pm on a Sunday!) - even marshmallows for the hot chocolate provided. We were extremely comfortable, although the big beds are both very squishy which I'm personally not into, we made do with random sleeping arrangements. The parking was also a bit tricky at times, we always found somewhere to park but often a bit down the hill on neighbouring roads (and this was mentioned in the listing so not a surprise). Not an issue for us but some mind find it less than ideal. The house was extremely well located and peaceful. Matt was very responsive and helpful. Definitely one of the top Airbnbs we've been to.

A home from home, perfect place to relax after walks along the coastal path and local area. All you need is provided or available locally. Great take aways and places to eat within 2 minutes and close to the promenade.

Amazing place thank you Ian .would recommend to anyone perfect location would definitely stay again . The Welsh cakes was a nice touch. Many regards Geraint and Jodi
