Newly renovated for 2026! Located in the centre of the wonderful seaside town of Whitby, The bungalow, has been tastefully decorated to give you that home from home feel with modern features throughout including underfloor heating for added comfort.

The bungalow sleeps up to six people in 3 compact but beautiful bedrooms, so is perfect for families, friends or couples who are wishing to explore the North Yorkshire Coastline and surrounding areas.

The space
The bungalow is set over the ground floor except for one bedroom (with free standing bath) on the first floor. The bedrooms consist of a king-size on the first floor and two compact doubles on the ground floor.

The small family bathroom is located on ground floor (shower, toilet and basin).

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, air fryer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dining seating for six, and a sitting room with large sofa, smart TV and woodburning stove.

Outside, there is a secure gated garden located from the back porch with a patio and outside dining area, a separate side porch provides extra luggage/bike storage and there is also a small and peaceful sunny side and front garden.

Within a 5-minute walk you will find shops and bars which lead to the historic swing bridge in Whitby harbour. 8 minutes in the other direction walking towards the west cliff, you will find the cliff path to the main beach and the famous whalebones.

There is no parking on site, however we provide a parking permit for the West Cliff Car Park which is a short walk away and allows you to park for free. There’s also street parking available on the surrounding streets. (I can provide a parking guide and directions on booking).
