Amazing host who went above and beyond by decorating the place with happy birthday banners and balloons for my Mums stay for her 60th birthday. The place has so much character and is in such a perfect location

Lovely little cabin in the country of Yorkshire, close to Dalby forest. The cabin comes equipped with everything you would need. The highlight is the hot tub. If you turn off the fairy lights, the stars are visible through the sky. Perfect area to stay as its in between towns and not too far of a drive for shops etc but still out of the way to be peaceful. The cabin is at the back of a property, which isn't too far away so not as private as I initially anticipated, however with that being said it's a lovely place to stay and I would recommend ☺️

The family and I thoroughly enjoyed Rambling Cottage. Beautiful cottage in a great location and very accessible. It was a great space for us to base ourselves for a long weekend exploring what the North York Moors had to offer. Highly recommend. Michael, Laura, Elsa and Eddie

This house was absolutely stunning. It was well worth the money we paid. We had 12 guests for a Hen Do and we had plenty of room. The hot tub was wonderful and warm, even if February. The view was stunning as were the rooms. Each room was beautifully decorated, including a stunning shower and bath. Hosts communicated clearly and responded quickly when I had questions. Would definitely return and recommend!

This location was absolutely beautiful. Spotless. Just as described! It was mine and my partners first night away and it was such a beautiful place to spend it! The hot tub was amazing! We were able to sit up and chatter all night with the beautiful lights around us! Couldn’t recommend this place more, so peaceful, beautiful inside and out! We can’t wait to come back !

We had a lovely weekend staying at Serendipity to visit the Christmas markets in York. The place has everything we needed and more and Rachael had kindly left the heating on for us so we were super cosy when we arrived in the evening too. Very comfortable bed with great pillows and a great power shower - the all important things! Also a lovely extra touch with some treats for us and the dogs, plus milk, tea and coffee. Our 8 year old loved the addition of the XBOX and extra toys to play with too! Thank you so much Rachael! Helen, Dave, Fin, Olive & Gus x

I had a wonderful stay here for my 35th birthday. Such a beautiful home with amazing amenities. The host was very quick to respond when there was an issue, and we would definitely love to come back in the future. The hot tub and bbq made our stay!

Richard & Kim provided very informative written guides on anything one might need or like to do while staying at their lovely cottage. They looked after details in the cottage in a way that shows care and love. They even made us a handmade jam! It was our first visit to Yorkshire and they made it a memorable one. We had a comfortable stay that we enjoyed so much.

Loved our stay at the cottage its beautiful inside and tastefully done very clean and plenty of amenities its in a really good location close to everything but tucked away to be peaceful lovely views from the top floor and a nice big shower. Kate was very reponsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Thank you Lisa! From the moment we arrived we settled straight in. Everything we could possibly need from all kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, plenty of extra towels, bedding, cleaning products, toilet rolls, even a toothbrush in the little bathroom drawer! We loved the garden and even enjoyed picking apples from the tree and cooking them. I have already recommended your lovely house to other people and would definitely return if in the area. Thank you

The Kennel was an amazing find, Pauline & Graham were very friendly and accommodating hosts. We genuinely felt welcome and loved both the accommodation and the wonderful garden which our dog couldn’t get enough of. We enjoyed our short stay here so much that we decided to book a second, and longer stay later this year.

The Hayloft was exactly as described. 5 Star accommodation, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, lovely location, a real home from home. Karen and Andy very welcoming, very quick to respond to messages. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay, we hope to return in the future.

Really good spot. Great for the city and them 10mins walk to the countryside and walks. The place was more like a upmarket hotel suite than your normal airbnb. Karen answered all our query's immediately and was a good guide for restaurants and pubs. The place was immaculate. Really. really immaculate! Highly recommended.

Comfortable, clean and cosy cottage with spacious and beautiful gardens in surrounding countryside! A home from home, everything you need for a family holiday, the tree swing was a particular favourite of my son and not forgetting the tennis court! Our Labrador also loved the outdoor space. So peaceful and tranquil, highly recommend!

First time booking through airb&b, lovely house very clean and welcoming. Home from home feel as soon as you enter, great selection of toys and games to keep the kids entertained also a nice little welcome hamper was lovely on arrival. A Lovely Stay at Collie Cottage, Filey We had a wonderful couple of nights at Collie Cottage with our 18-month-old and couldn’t have asked for a better base for exploring Filey. The cottage was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is great—peaceful yet just a short walk to the beach. Our toddler loved having space to toddle about safely, and the cottage had everything we needed, including a travel cot and high chair which made things so much easier. We particularly appreciated the welcome pack and the clear, helpful communication from the hosts. It’s obvious a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. We’d happily return and would definitely recommend Collie Cottage to anyone visiting Filey, especially young families.

Lovely clean house, kitchen had everything that was needed, bathroom was spacious and clean with a nice shower and Anthony’s communication was spot on. The pool was great for the kids and it’s a short drive to surrounding areas, would highly recommend.

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at the cottage. All of the rooms are just like the photos. It was really clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is really well looked after. Just a short walk to the beach, then you can be in Filey in 40 minutes. It was really peaceful and the area offers a tennis court, swimming pool and other activities. Would definitely stay again.

It was a lovely stay. Beautiful site with a lovely long walk to the beach. I booked this place because it is right near Bempton cliff, which is absolutely stunning! The holiday home was clean, cosy and a good size. The only downside we experienced was the on site pub, where the food wasn't great. but over all I Highly recommend staying here.
