Close to the North Devon coast, this modern three-bedroom home is a 20-minute walk from the beach and near the Tarka Trail. Stylish and comfortable with brand-new furnishings, it’s an ideal base for a relaxing coastal break.

Perfect for families, couples, or outdoor lovers, the area is great for coastal walks, cycling, surfing, watersports, and mountain biking. With peaceful beaches & popular local attractions nearby, it’s easy to balance adventure with laid-back seaside relaxation.

The space
Please note: the home is a new build on a small development where some building work is still ongoing nearby. The property itself is fully finished, clean, and comfortable.

Living spaces

Downstairs, the home offers a bright lounge with front-facing windows and patio doors opening onto the rear garden. A smart TV is provided, with access to Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video using your own accounts.

The open kitchen-diner also has windows to the front and patio doors to the garden, making it a light and sociable space. There is a downstairs WC and a convenient cupboard for coats and shoes.

Bedrooms & bathrooms

Upstairs are three double bedrooms, including one with an en-suite shower room, along with a modern family bathroom. A fourth bedroom is private and will remain locked during your stay.

To the rear is a private garden and patio area. There is a private driveway for one car, with free on-street parking available nearby for additional vehicles.

Accessibility

The property has ramp access to the front door at street level, with wide internal doorways throughout the ground floor.

Guests have access to the whole house but there will be one room upstairs that is private and will be locked.
