Mel’s cottage was absolutely stunning! Bed was so comfortable. Clean fresh and comfortable linen. Cottage had everything we needed and a lovely breakfast was provided.

Beautiful property. So close to the biking trails. Peaceful setting. Happy chirping birdies. Well cared for property with a bounty of flora to brighten your spirits.

Stayed for 18 nights, Fantastic place to stay short or long term. Personally my long term stay was perfect. They gave me a off street car park for my work UTE, it has its own access to the unit/room so you can come and go as you please. little kitchenet for cooking, a very big bathroom and a open plan living area. WIFI was super fast and a nice heat pump for heating or cooling. The area was definitely in more of a up market area which makes it feel very safe. It was only a 10min walk to a big Westfield mall or 2 mins by car. Would 100 percent stay again.

We really enjoyed our very brief stay,very spacious and comfortable,we loved hearing all the bird song..and being out in the country,but close to the city.

Rupert was a great host. Very helpful and let us check out late so I could shower and relax after race. Located in nice neighbourhood close drive to everything. Very quiet.

This place is a little hidden gym tucked away so private and peaceful beautiful surroundings pristine and clean on the inside and outside and lots of extra little goodies for gifts plus a beautiful star spa pool outside amazing. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect place in between all that we had booked. It was so cozy and peaceful. Everything was clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed throwing some sticks with Blue!

We stayed here for a month as were moving to the local area - we couldn't have picked a better Air B and B!! Ruth and Regan were the most amazing hosts. The location is idyllic, close enough to everything you need a short but calm and beautiful surroundings. It is well equipped, clean and spacious. Ruth and Regan checked in regularly with us to make sure all was okay and to answer any questions we had about the place or the local area, and are super friendly and gracious hosts. They were also very accommodating with allowing us to stay with 2 pets that had travelled from the UK with us. Having morning coffee outside whilst listening to the zoo animals nearby is such a treat! We will recommend to any friends and family that visit us. A perfect place to stay when exploring Hamilton and the Waikato region!

The accommodation was cosy, comfortable and quality. The country outlook was very enjoyable. It was peaceful and quiet. A restful haven with everything you need and more. Robyn was quick to respond with communication. Highly recommend this B&B and it’s definitely value for money and very private.

Lesley greeted us and was just lovely. Told us about what there was to do in the area, including eateries. Just a hop skip and jump to the swing bridge was awesome. Beautifully clean and tidy.

Was easy to find, comfortable, private and had everything we needed for our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Tony and Jeanette’s! The property was as expected from the listing photos and description. The property was modern, spotlessly clean and felt private. The surrounding area was beautiful and the property although not in a main town was accessible to shops for its rural location. My family and I will rebook when needed and look forward to returning. We really appreciated the tranquil feel of this place despite being central to amenities and facilities. Julie is both efficient and communicative.

It’s been such a great stay at Kaye’s place, most welcoming, our kids could use their pool and the best time there. We enjoyed the awesome surroundings with the sheep and chickens ‘next door’. Thank you as well for the tools our son got to finish his woodwork project he started at sanctuary mountain!

We had a wonderful time here. The location strikes the perfect balance—peaceful and remote-feeling, surrounded by nature, yet just minutes from the central area with restaurants, cafes, and shops. The cabin was spotless and very well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was soaking in the outdoor bathtub under the stars—such a magical experience. We’re already planning to come back! Would love to see a little outdoor BBQ setup next time.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The apartment and hot tub were incredibly private and peaceful surrounded by beautiful greenery. Everything inside was spotless and comfortable, the place had lots of amenities. We had a lovely Easter Whanau weekend at Rochelle's place :) Super spacious Airbnb - perfect for our needs travelling with a toddler. Close to Hamilton Zoo which was on our list for the weekend. Highly recommend this Airbnb if you are looking for comfort, space, coziness, and calm. Thank you so much!

The place was amazing, really nice and modern. Hosts were very friendly. Highly recommended if you are doing anything g in the Waikato (or Auckland as we did) wasn’t get to and from the expressway.

Had a fabulous and quiet stay. Very comfortable and nice to have a bit of room to spread out. Richard was responsive to questions. Having off street parking was appreciated.
