Great apartment in centre of Malton, few minutes walk to all shops bars and restaurants. Lovely balcony to sit and enjoy glass of fizz in the afternoon lots of sun. Loved the deep bath however, only use hot water on running as runs cold very quickly. Patsy was great very quick to respond and very accommodating with check in / out times. The Ticking Room proved to be an excellent choice for a few days of peace and quiet in an attractive Dales setting. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard. Warm, comfortable and well-equipped with everything a visitor might need. The village of Cononley has a couple of nice pubs and a village stores. The trains into Skipton are frequent and there are plenty of attractive villages in the area. The Ticking Room proved an excellent base for a short break. Jayne is readily available, helpful and eager to ensure her guests are comfortable and well-informed on the local facilities.

We had a lovely stay, at Anne & Phil's. Anne was welcoming and warm, the place was exactly as described, the location was peaceful, but also within a minute walk to local pubs and co-op. During the days we went for lovely walks, to Uppermill and also visited the historic Fort. Will definitely return.

Fantastic apartment within easy walking distance to York city. Richard met us on our first day, and we were able to check in sooner too. Excellent off street secure private parking. Apartment was spotless, just and advised and was warm and welcoming. Would most definitely recommend! Thank you Richard!

Stayed here for a work break and it was the perfect location. The flat is super quiet, which made it ideal for online meetings on Zoom and Teams – the internet connection was reliable throughout my stay. Since I spent a lot of time indoors, I really appreciated how cosy and comfortable it was, making it an excellent base. The cleanliness was outstanding – I was so impressed, I even hoovered a few times myself to keep it spotless! York is a lovely city that I visit a couple of times a year, and this flat definitely made my stay even more enjoyable. I also felt quite safe as a woman on my own there and walking around in the local area. I highly recommend this flat!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sanita & Dave’s place! The apartment was neat, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a family. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the train station and the city centre. Everything was smooth and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Fantastic flat, smack in the middle of action. The Northern Quarter is fun! So many restaurants, cafes, shops. We walked to Etihad for a game and walked back—an amazing experience. The flat is stylish, clever, comfortable, and very clean. Paula is an excellent communicator. A wonderful stay.

The flat is extremely nice, even nicer than described. Everything was clean and welcoming. There was anything you could possibly want when staying somewhere with a child and a dog! Susan was super nice, responded quickly and had a wealth of information. The location is great for various amenities in Halifax and for dog walks. We will definitely be back!

Had such a wonderful stay at this location. The amenities were amazing, particularly loved the farm produce and onsite pool! The hosts were always responsive and keen to help. The place was spotless and well stocked! Would love to stay again!

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.
