Wonderful apartment, great location, parking lot

A warm welcome to our stylish new apartment in Bamberg. Located right at the Michelsberg with its wonderful church and former monastery and close to the Konzerthalle it is only a 10min walk to the old town. At the same time our newly build house is in a very quiet neighbourhood and in the middle of nature. From the apartment you have direct view into our garden with its old trees. Close to the city and part of nature. Big plus in Bamberg if traveling by car: Your parking lot is on our property.

The 3-room vacation flat (102 square meters) for up to 5 people is located in the heart of the Steigerwood. In the historically forest house the vacation flat is on the ground floor with three large and bright rooms, a kitchen and as a special thing a wooden bathroom with a teak shower. The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter plot in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Enclosed from all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of the world“. In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There's always a nice spot.

Beautifully located right on the edge of the forest ideal for peace seekers. Zückshut, a small place, is in the immediate vicinity of the Bamberg World Heritage Site. The Obermain Therme, Vierzehnheiligen and Kloster Banz can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Climbing enthusiasts also have it close to Fränksiche Schweiz. In just a few minutes on the A73 and on the cross A70/A73. For final cleaning 30€ will be charged once.

You have the possibility to prepare small meals, coffee or tea in the single kitchen. You are welcome to use the outdoor seating, as well as a barbecue (please ask), the lawn use is no problem.
