Forget your worries in this 160 m² spacious and serene space. The house is located in a district of the spa town of Bad Kreuznach, 5 minutes by car from the city center. Public transportation is a 2-minute walk away For wine lovers, several wineries/wine taverns are within walking distance within minutes. Hiking and cycling tours are a wonderful way to start from here, as the extensive "vineyards" begin only 150 meters from the house.

Vacation in our listed, 400 years old house, which convinces with its mix of old and new. Old wooden floors, beams, sandstone and modern furnishings give the house its own charm. It sleeps 11! 2 bathrooms (since the open upper area was criticized by 2 guests, the bathroom upstairs is now delimited with a curtain! ) 100 sqm open living area with kitchen, dining room and living room(fireplace)! Large patio with gas grill!
