Lovely house , felt right at home nice to go back to after a hard days work. Would visit again when we are in the area.

Home from home. Catered for the whole family, including our three dogs. Great location for watching our daughter play for England under 18s six nations also a great place for her to come and relax for her afternoon off and have a long soak in the bath very much needed for a rugby player. Lots of places to visit locally like Ascott and Windsor Castle. Chloe was very helpful too.

Our stay at this amazing piece of architecture and home was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful layout and impressive design. The space was vast and beautifully appointed, offering everything we could possibly need and more. The huge windows were a particular highlight, flooding the house with natural light and providing stunning views. Our daughter spent hours gazing out of them! The garden was another major plus, a true haven for our dog who had the time of his life. A special mention must go to Ester, the owners' friendly dog, who became a wonderful playmate. This house truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish, spacious, and pet-friendly getaway. Really easy to get inside the property and although only 1 car space we found it really easy to get the second car parked on the street! The house had a lovely and warm set up and was just perfect for celebrating my birthday with a night in with my nearest and dearest. Zacharia was amazing with replies anytime we had questions too! Would definitely recommend

A beautiful property to spend the Easter weekend. The house is even larger than the photos, great kitchen, lots of amenities and we loved the manicured garden with many activities available. We were lucky to have sunny weather so could enjoy the cold pool. Hot tub was great! Very well located, pub close by, easy to reach via train. Hosts were responsive and easy communication, thank you! Highly recommended.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

The Island House is a beautiful, comfortable oasis surrounded by green space and with views of a branch of the Thames. It is private, quiet and light-filled, affording a view of the diverse birds in the trees and passing swans on the river, while also within 8 minutes drive of Hampton train station with easy links to central London. There are cute pubs and restaurants in the local town (about 15-20 min walk or 2 min drive) and nearby towns, and expansive Bushy Park and Hampton Court are just 15 minutes drive. If you don't fancy a walk and don't have a car, but want a quiet weekend away without cooking - many local restaurants and grocery stores deliver to the location. Lisa is friendly and responsive and welcomed me with coffee, tea, fresh bread, milk, butter and fresh pressed juice. Staying at the Island House was such a treat; exactly the restful spot I was looking for while in the greater London area. Thank you Lisa!

What a wonderful place to stay! We had a great weekend at stable cottage, location exactly as described, beautiful setting and really comfy beds! The amenities in the place were great and we really enjoyed the log fire in the evenings. Would definitely recommend!

Thank you to our hosts for a really great stay in Reading. The old bakery was spacious, clean, private, and comfortable. The accommodation felt very safe and tranquil and was conveniently located in a great neighbourhood which was near to everything we wanted to see. The hosts were warm and made us feel welcome. If we were to visit again, we would like to stay at their place.

The house was lovely, freshly and tastefully decorated, with all you need for a week long stay. Elliot had left a few food items and the kinds of things you need to make cooking easy. The garden was secure for our dogs, and the nearby woods gave us somewhere to walk them easily. Henley was just a few minutes drive away, and Reading about 20 mins, so a great location for our needs. Plenty of easy parking right at the front door too. We travel to this area regulalry and will look to stay here again quite happily.

A great stay. Very well equipped and comfortable. The basket of logs and kindling was a thoughtful touch. Light sleepers may prefer the master bedroom, as there is traffic noise/Light from the smaller room.

The cottage is peaceful and private, as well as being in a beautiful location. Alastair and Vicky are excellent hosts and were most responsive to my requests. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay in the quaint and well stocked cottage. The cottage was exactly like the photos and description. There were lots of added touches like fresh bread , butter and jam, different types of milk and lots of tea and coffee. As it was spring time and Easter we were treated to flowers and chocolates. Emily and Andrew were very communicative and responsive if we needed them. I would recommend Wing cottage in Marlow. I would recommend this

Just spent 3 nights at Covert Cottage. it was the perfect location for visiting near by family. It met all our needs and Jonathan was a great host. We would definitely book again if we're in the area. Thank you.

We stayed for a weekend at Colin’s and Jane’s hut whilst we explored the local area to potentially relocate. It’s in an absolutely stunning location with picturesque views and walks near the local common. I couldn’t recommend it enough. The hut itself has everything you need, big enough that you don’t feel claustrophobic but very cosy, we were left some bread, eggs, milk and butter which was a nice surprise when we arrived. We stayed with our dog who quickly felt right at home especially when he met Blue (Colin and Jane’s dog) he was a lovely dog who kept ours entertained whilst we picked Colin’s brain about Newbury and the surrounding area. Overall a really great stay and we would definitely stay again! Thank you so much!
