Located in a quiet residential road a few minutes from London. Modern well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The well presented garden has a patio area with a barbeque. Close to the Warner Bros Harry Potter Studio Tour, local restaurants, bars, historic sites, nature reserves, golfing, boating as well as Watford Town Football Club. Average journey into London by train only 20 minutes from Watford Junction or 20 minutes by car. Very convenient for events at the Grove and Wembley Stadium and Arena.

Grade 2 listed Tudor cottage with amazing inglenook fireplace. Large riverside garden (previously featured in the NGS) plus use of a hot tub, for an additional charge, in grounds. Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs. The Olde Dairy is a newly renovated barn which is very spacious and has a very cosy ambience. Popular with visitors to Warner Brothers Studios ‘ Harry Potter’ Bekonscot model village, Roald Dahl museum, Chiltern Open Air museum, Bovingdon Studios, Legoland, Windsor, and the train station 5 mins away straight into London Baker Street approximately 40mins, there are many lovely local pubs and walks on our doorstep.
