Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hobart City Council

Excellent place to stay. Masterful renovation of an old house. Very comfortable for us and our daughters family including baby grandson who met his 94 year old great grandmother at Ferntree which was the main purpose of the trip Everything worked out very well at the house. Only one toilet in the main house but well designed space so we could use toilet while someone else was showering Wonderful pear and quince trees in the backyard. The local birds had a feast every morning Thanks for sharing such a great house

This is very nice place and suburb. 15-20 mins drive to Hobart city and Bruny Island ferry. Sleep very well here!

Very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the stay so much. Will come to stay here again next time. It would be better if aircon was available upstairs.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning holiday house in Sandy Bay and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Whether it was enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding on the deck, the river view was breathtaking! It was the ideal place to disconnect and unwind. The house itself was immaculate, with every detail carefully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living areas were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The private beach access was an absolute gem! Being able to step directly onto the beach whenever we wanted made the whole experience even more magical. Overall, this holiday house offered an exceptional blend of comfort, tranquility, and natural beauty. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with spectacular views. An ideal place for a stay in Hobart. Close enough to everything but in a quiet suburb. Very well equipped with lots of utensils, pots and pans. Highly recommend "Hounds Inn".

Kate’s place was great. We were a Family of 4 adults and two toddlers Place was close to Hobart CBD, Salamanca Market, beaches, cafes and restaurants. Perfect for a family stay in central Hobart. It had all necessary amenities for young children cot , high chair, books, toys etc. I have stayed in a lot of AirBNB’s throughout the world and by far Kate’s place has been the best in relation to stocked consumables (toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, sponges). Would highly recommend a stay at Kate’s place.

We had a wonderful stay at Dean and Moya’s place. Beautiful, high end, spacious apartment with a stunning view of the harbor. Sitting out on the sunny deck in the morning was a great start for the day. We loved the heated bathroom floor! They were very friendly with immediate responses to the one or two questions we had and suggestions for restaurants we might enjoy. We had a truly wonderful and relaxing time there.

Our stay was faultless and we would definitely stay again. Thanks Michael for being such a wonderful host!

I booked it for my family and friends coming from the mainland and overseas for my son’s wedding. It was a perfect space for us to spread out and come together at the same time. Overall, well tended and a great location to come and go from most places on foot. Also found out that my hairdresser is great friends with Kathryn- that’s Hobart life! Thanks so much!

An extremely friendly host with very clear, polite, proactive and easy communication throughout the process (before and during our stay). The unit is well located, a short drive to the city, salamanca market, great restaurants etc while maintaining peaceful surroundings. Once you're in, you'll notice some little thoughtful touches throughout the house which made the experience all that much nicer. Easy parking options at the house itself or on the street. It was a lovely stay overall! The only slight comment (and I'm nitpicking) is that if you're in the downstairs bedroom, you can sometimes hear the footsteps above, but that didn't really hinder our experience at all.

Spacious and comfortable apartmen with all necessary amenities. Great location close to town. The host responded promptly and answered any questions. Enjoyed our stay.

This was my second time at Renato's apartment and same as the first time I was very pleased with the whole experience. The apartment is cosy, clean and it has everything you need for a short or a long stay. Renato and Christine are great hosts, very welcoming, polite and ready to assist when needed. Honestly I couldn't recommend this place more and I'd definitely try and book this apartment again next time I'm in Hobart.

A fabulous apartment. Only a minute stroll to the harbour, Salamanca Market, the Mona ferry, amazing restaurants. Walking distance to the beautiful Battery Point, Hobart CBD and everything Hobart has to offer. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The hosts could not have been more accomodating and helpful, highly recommended!

We loved the location of Damien's unit, being right in the heart of beautiful Battery Point. The unit was functional, and had everything we needed. It was very handy being able to walk everywhere.

Such a lovely quiet and comfortable apartment close to cafes, restaurants and shops and a five minute drive to the Salamanca markets and the waterfront. The parking bay outside the front door was so convenient and being on the ground floor made it very easy to get luggage inside. James is a very considerate host and we would always aim to stay here if back in Hobart, it was perfect for us.

This was a return stay for us. We loved the unit for its amenities (especially toddler extras like portacot and high chair), easy access to the unit, great host communication and perfect location - step out into Salamanca :).

We very much enjoyed our stay at Brian’s place! The place had everything you could need, we especially enjoyed the multiple fruit trees around the property. The area was clean and tidy. The bed was a little creaky but was very warm during the cold taste nights. We would happily stay again as the location was awesome 😄

This was a fabulous stay. The apartment was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The only comment that could not be deemed a rave review was sound travelled between the upstairs and downstairs apartments.

Central and clean apartment with a parking space in the city, which is rare! Great communication from Andrew and easy to access.

The environment is clean and tidy, the landlord responds quickly and can solve problems quickly, highly recommended! It is easy to find, and the view from the balcony is also very good💝
