Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hobart City Council

We recently had the pleasure of staying in Battery Point, Hobart. The Airbnb was cozy, well-appointed, and within walking distance of fantastic cafes and restaurants. Our host, Richard, was very welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. We highly recommend Battery Point for its blend of history and modern conveniences. Looking forward to staying at the property again.

Words can barely describe how elated we were with James property. Our sons wedding so we were looking for a special location. The house was amazing in every way & all the little extras provided made us feel like we were at home. An awesome stay.. FIVE Stars.. only because we couldnt give SIX. The place was nicely kept—neat and tidy—with a quick response from the host. Kitchen was well-equipped with enough essentials. Convenient location, making it easy to get around. Highly recommend!

My husband, teenage daughter and my Mum had a lovely 5 nights at Stuart’s place. We also had our golden retriever with us. We loved the quirky historic feel of the home, modern bathrooms, plenty of space including the extra living area downstairs and unbeatable location in a nice neighbourhood but only a few blocks up from the CBD shops. It’s also only 15 min walk to Salamanca. The kitchen was very well stocked with pantry items. Would have liked to have more glasses for drinking water, as only 4 provided. Nice little patio overlooking a raised lawn and garden. Parking in the driveway for 2 cars. It was quiet considering the central location. Comfortable beds and cosy at night. Would definitely stay again.,

We really enjoyed our stay and it’s an easy still to the waterfront, and just around the corner from OGEE. Huge apartment which would be great for two couples or a family and felt completely luxurious for my sister and me. I left a shirt behind and they organise to send it back for a small fee.

Comfortable and very clean accommodation with all necessary amenities. Pleasant walk to CBD. We struck a public holiday so less evening meal options nearby but restaurants around Salamanca were open. Michael was a very friendly and responsive host

I booked it for my family and friends coming from the mainland and overseas for my son’s wedding. It was a perfect space for us to spread out and come together at the same time. Overall, well tended and a great location to come and go from most places on foot. Also found out that my hairdresser is great friends with Kathryn- that’s Hobart life! Thanks so much!

Great location, so close to everything

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. As mentioned in other reviews the roughly 40 stairs down to the entrance from the supplied off street parking needs to be taken into account as far as your mobility levels go. The stay is definitely worth the stairs and watching the sunrise over Hobart from the deck with a coffee is awesome. The place is comfy and includes everything required.

Quite a big private space, really unique and homey feeling. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, which is very typical of Tassie! They took lots of time to make sure that their space was both comfortable and practical.

My family loved our stay here, perfect location overlooking the park and close to everything you need. The apartment is clean and homely with enough space for my family of 6 with 2 small children to feel really comfortable. The hosts are extremely responsive and accomodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved the location of Damien's unit, being right in the heart of beautiful Battery Point. The unit was functional, and had everything we needed. It was very handy being able to walk everywhere.

Peter and Trisha were excellent hosts providing us with all the information we needed for our stay. The unit is right in the heart of Salamanca close (no car needed) to restaurants, bars and cafes. The unit itself is very comfortable and welcoming and you have everything you need for a great stay.

Our stay was exactly as we thought it would be - but better. The accommodation was fresh and clean and welcoming. The beds were the most comfortable we have very slept in! We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruit and breakfast supplies! The unit was so close to the amazing beach and local eateries yet we felt we were much further away as it was so quiet and peaceful. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay, very comfortable and was wonderful arriving to find fresh milk in fridge and basic pantry supplies, especially as we arrived late Also appreciate the coffee machine

Andrew’s place in Hobart was excellent! Close to the harbor and CBD, easy to walk just about everywhere. Access from the airport via SkyBus was also close & convenient. The apartment was clean, well stocked with all the basics, and the kitchen was spacious and ready to cook in. It felt very relaxing and home like. The sleeper sofa was nice for my son, and the king bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again if available. Thank you, Andrew!

Brian’s place is an affordable three bedroom home located in a quiet part of Kingston and was very convenient for our overnight stay. Brian communicated clear instructions, was friendly making sure we were able to check in smoothly and very kindly offered us some fresh fish.
