Holiday rentals with a patio in Hobart City Council

The house is lovely, it has everything that we needed! It is spacious, has beautiful view, and bonus it is only 2 mins walk to the playground which is important to us traveling with a toddler. Another bonus, on the last night we went for a drive at 10pm and just right in front of the house we saw a couple of kangaroos minding their own business! I highly recommend this place for a stay in Hobart! Thank you for your hospitality!

The residence is the most beautiful renovated period home, it is both modern and traditional with every amenity you can think of ! The apartment was spotless, bed linen and towels were top quality as was everything else provided ,even down to the welcome champagne! The host was friendly and easily contacted, can’t wait to return!

The Elizabeth House is a great place to stay in Hobart CBD. Much better than hotels in a way that it makes you feel like a local living in a home full of character. The house is half of the experience of our first Hobart trip. There are squeaks and some music can be heard from neighbours but nothing loud enough to keep you awake at night. The house itself is so spacious — more than expected. Clean and the bed very comfy. The kitchen is well-equipped, although we ate out during our stay, and didnt get to use it other than the fridge. Cafes and restaurants just a few steps away. It was a great experience and would highly recommend this lovely home.

Love this place, just feel like my own home. The host was kind enough to give us a welcome gift. — chocolate. Love it. Kitchen has basic supplies, and bread, cereals. Very thoughtful. Walking distance to harbor about 15 minutes. I would recommend to others. I would stay at her place again. 🤩

Janette was very friendly and welcoming, she was home when we arrive and on departure. she was very helpful with any of our needs and extremely responsive with messages. Our little puppy and children where very welcome into the home of Jans. Jan was very accommodating with amendments, and food, washing machine ect. This home was just like a home away from home. We highly recommend Jans home, we will definitely be back again if we where to visit Hobart in the future 😀

Very nice place to stay right in the midst of Hobart. Quite luxurious and able to walk around the harbour and downtown.

A great place in Sandy Bay. Very handy for access to the University. Nice views from the balcony. Would recommend having a car as it is a suburban apartment and there is not a lot of shops around it. It had everything you could need in an AirBnB.

Stayed 4 nights at the end of a week in Tasmania. Great location for both exploring Hobart centre and visiting the surroundings by car. Lovely sunsets with Mt Wellington in the distance. Nice to have a slightly later check out despite having to evacuate the basement car park due to cleaning.

It was a great stay, and everything was clean. :) The bed was a bit too soft for us, but still comfortable! 😅 One fun surprise—we saw some wallabies at night! At first, we thought you had a dog because we kept dodging what we thought were little ‘dog poops’ in the yard… but turns out, they were from the wallabies! 😆 Such a fun and unique experience!

Lovely location and house. Well presented. Had trouble with the door lock code that was sent not working, tried calling and got no answer or call back as it said we would so ended up having to get changed in the driveway and leaving for our function without gaining access. Once messaged through the Airbnb app I got a response but we had left by then. Once we got back the new code sent worked. All in all very nice stay.

We’ve been living in Airbnbs back to back for a month traveling around Australia and I must say this was a favorite spot. We were only here for two nights but we appreciated the simplicity of the place. Two bedrooms both with king size beds, a ceiling fan in one of them. Extra outlets next the side of the beds for charging phones and such was a nice touch. Comfy couch and big TV. Sunny kitchen area. Tiny little bathroom, toilet room and laundry room, but they get the job done. The neighborhood is charming and quiet, with convenience stores, groceries and restaurants walkabout just around the corner. We walked to Salamanca Market also, which was about 15 minutes by foot. Great little place with a nice yard, patio and covered parking area.

What a charming find - we loved the location to North Hobart and enjoyed our walk to the Port for excursions . Very comfortable bed and exceptional linen. My ‘piece de resistance ‘was the shower and the products for use as well as the tasty surprise that was delivered on our arrival . We will be back

Absolute gem! Perfect location to see southern Tassie. The property felt like home and the beds super fluffy and comfortable. Despite being on a main road, it was quiet and on road parking was just around the corner. I loved the lounge room - best place to chill out after an actioned packed day out in the wilderness. I’d stay here again. 😊

We had a great stay at Bruce’s property. Everything was clean including the bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms. They provided us with so many necessities and we had everything we needed for our stay! Definitely recommend staying at Bruce’s place!

Lovely home and a great location with great views

Second time I’ve stayed at Arthurton central and loved it. Beautifully luxurious in all inclusions and amenities. Well appointed kitchen and large, comfortable bedrooms. Easy walk to Salamanca and battery point. A wonderful property and very communicative and helpful host.

This place was a beautiful beach stay. Right across the road from Kingston beach. Roxy and Ambre have done a beautiful job with the interior. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Hobart. One of the major reasons was the place we stayed. First of all, the room was very clean and well decorated. Next, there were many available items and kitchenware. Also, there was a fireplace that came surprisingly handy when we got to roast marshmallows. The location is very close to many famous places in Hobart and the hosts were very friendly and recommended a local restaurant to us. The only problem was the steep and narrow driveway. But overall it was a very nice place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Benji’s! Excellent location- 10 mins drive away from Hobart and with a beautiful beach on your doorstep. We travelled between half an hour and 2.5 hours around the rest of the island on day trips and loved coming home to such a comfortable apartment. The beds in the apartment were very comfortable and the apartment was clean and had lots of charm. Benji was an excellent host- although we never met him in person his communication was excellent. He provided lots of recommendations of things to do/ where to eat in the area and we received a lovely welcome basket upon arrival. The check-in process was very smooth and the apartment was easy to find. The check out was equally great, with the potential to check out late which Benji kindly offered us. We would highly recommend Benji’s to anyone looking to stay in Tasmania/ around Hobart for brilliant value and comfort.
