Eine gemütliche helle Wohnung erwartet euch hier, die ihr mit mir und meiner Hündin teilen dürft. Die Wohnung liegt in eine ruhige aber zentrale Lage von Hagen. Die Fern Uni ist nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Studenten der Fernuni ,Frauen und Mädels sind hier sehr willkommen. Euren Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Single Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. . Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche wird geteilt.

We offer a 12 sqm room for our guests from all over the world. The room also has a walk-in closet about 2.5 square meters separated by a glass door. It is located on the 1st floor of our house. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower is at your disposal. In addition to the washing machine and dryer, our kitchen and living room with fireplace on the ground floor can also be used. If desired, a varied breakfast is offered for €8 extra charge per person.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in beautiful Niedersetzen with your own bathroom and kitchen (incl. little Breakfast) Just a few steps to the forest, but only 5 minutes to City (by car)! The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.
