Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Hokitika

Well the pictures instantly appealed- but it’s much larger in real life. The accessibility for me of being able to check in at 9pm was very helpful and as I had a lot of gear with me having the door at the front was very useful for loading and unloading. The details in the memrobilia were very interesting and yet a classic collection that was visually appealing A very classy apartment. Also much warmer and quieter that I had expected.

Nice, unique place on the way to Franz Joseph Glacier or the other way to Arthur’s Pass/Christchurch. The staff is very friendly.

What great hosts. Best airbnb ever. Absolutely loved this home away from home. Justine and Baz had thought of everything. It would have been very easy to stay in and just enjoy the view and surroundings. The furnishing paid attention to every detail, the bed to die for, all the appliances A+, the outdoor relaxing and bbq facilities excellent. The tea,coffee and breakfast cereal an excellent choice. Relaxing at night on a big luxurious couch with great TV and internet, after riding our bikes all day was just another plus. I could just go on and on. It was just awesome far better than any 5 star+ hotel or motel. Can't wait to return when the locals finish the biking/walking track around the lake. thank you again Jill and Kevin.

My husband and I had a wonderful 5-night stay! The house was spotlessly clean, and the comfortable bed was a dream to sleep in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house. What really made our stay special, though, was the attention to detail and the care that Carolyn had clearly put into making sure we had everything we needed to feel welcome and at home. This was a beautiful home rather than a bland place to stay. So much character and the property had a real charm. The surroundings were beautiful even in the torrential rain. We could see the waves crashing onto the rocks from the windows - very atmospheric. As with other reviews, I advise that you stay for more than one night

What a fantastic property. Everything thing is very close and the house is modern with all facilities that you would ever need. Quiet street with great off street parking.

Noeleen is a fantastic host, the property is absolutely beautiful and in such a great location, we will be visiting and staying regularly at this property and seeing the beautiful Westcoast as a direct result of how lovely and accommodating Noeleen was, our experience with this property was simply amazing.

What an amazing place! Perfect in every way peaceful,beautiful everything you need we loved our stay with access to the canoes on the lake ( thanks for the loan of the fishing rod) to the glow worms in the cave at night to the hot tub just perfect.

Place was amazing, its really big and would be great for families. There were only 2 of us staying but we chose it as the price was extremely reasonable. You have a whole house to yourself with all the amenities you could need. It was beautifully decorated with plenty of blankets that made it feel really cosy. It was exactly as pictured and we had no issues. We really enjoyed the town of Hokitka, its a beautiful town with great shops and plenty of walks. Check in/out instructions were clear and despite the home being so big everything was spotless and really well cleaned. There is a rail road outside but like the other reviews say you definitely don't hear it, it's a slow moving infrequent train. Definitely recommend.
