Niurka’s Apartment, Great place in the sunshine state, everything is new and beautiful decorations. This apartment is a confort and private place, 10 minutes away from Tampa International Airport, very close to Raymond James Stadium. Beautiful beaches and restaurants, close to everything you need. The Sarasota Apartment is a small, clean, affordable-but-nothing-fancy 1 bedroom apartment in a duplex. The 2nd unit is also an apartment rented on Airbnb. This Triplex apartment is centrally located in Clearwater FL, near US Hwy 19 and FL60 (Gulf to Bay Blvd). Clearwater Beach is a straight drive ahead (about 4 miles). This is a large 1 bedroom apartment that is perfect for two, but can also sleep four with the sleeper-sofa. There is a large kitchen with full size appliances. There is a screened in patio, and a backyard, that is shared.
