Townhome holiday rentals in Holmes Beach

We really enjoyed out stay at this spot. Plenty of space for our family to spread out and within walking distance of everything we'd wanted to do. Loved having access to all the beach towels and amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived at Jennifer's Place we felt happy, safe, cozy & comfortable! The place is so colorful, decorated with beautiful artwork and festive colors in every room. The kitchen has everything you need, as does the bathroom. Plenty of everything in this airbnb, I would highly recommend it. And Jennifer was great about communicating, hardly had to wait for any response in between, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect, btw, near a beautiful park as well as very close to downtown. We had the good fortune to walk there on a Saturday morning, with no expectations, and found ourselves at an outdoor market with dozens of vendors, loads of people, live music, families, dogs, and great atmosphere.

This was a great place to stay for our small group. It was bigger than what we expected and very well equipped. The location is great as you can walk to restaurants and bars but also easy drive to other spots. Easy 5 stars for me.

The house was amazing! We had such a great time celebrating my sister's 30th. The beach was less than a minute walk, close to a bar restaurant and volleyball nets which we loved. We didn't have to worry about towels or beach chairs either which is a huge plus when traveling via plane! The owners were super responsive, we had slight troubles with heating the hot tub and the owners tried to help via cell phone. We ended up not using it but still loved the responsiveness. The house was very clean and rooms were spacious. It being a townhome there were lots of steps but we are all younger so not a problem for us! There is an elevator on the property, we only used it for grocery halls from the garage to the first floor which was super helpful but I'm sure it would be helpful to someone who needs to use it the whole time. Overall, the house was great super walkable to everything the beach, shops, etc. We enjoyed our stay so much and all agreed it was one of the best places! Would recommend!

Loved staying at this property and didn’t want to leave. Definitely want to come back to enjoy warmer weather. Decor was amazing, super clean, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Can’t wait to come back to enjoy balcony & bikes. Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The condo was perfect for a girls(ladies) trip! Everything was as pictured in the photos. The kitchen had all of the supplies needed for cooking meals and there were beach chairs and pool noodles for guests in the balcony storage. We were supposed to stay for a whole week but Hurricane Helene was headed to Florida and we had to cut our trip short but the 4 days that we had was so much fun! I really liked staying in there. We met so many other friendly people while hanging out at the pool. We loved being able to enjoy the sunsets in the evening and coffee in the morning on the balcony. I hope to come back and stay again!

Great little gem in the heart of the newly created Midtown Tampa area. The property is in a small community of townhomes, gated overnight. It is between 2 major roads and walking distance from multiple bars / restaurants. Very close to multiple grocery superstores as well as Whole Foods and Trader Joe's! Very close to International mall, International Airport, South Tampa and Channel side nights out. Large bedrooms, bright living room, equipped kitchen. Host, Luz is very friendly and accommodating. She is very quick to respond to app messages. Our family felt at home as soon as we walked in.

We were comfortable here. The home provided needed equipment in the kitchen including a Keurig and a super abundant choices of coffee flavors. The family room was where we watched the Super Bowl in comfort! The bedroom sizes were adequate and the closets contained more than enough hangers for our clothes. We ate breakfast and a few lunches at the home during our stay. We spent much of the time with our family in Tampa, but there were tools and equipment to cook on the stovetop and a microwave.

Definitely was a nice quiet place. The communication was great. It was a very nice place, we are thankful for Donny letting us stay in his home. We enjoyed our time there. Thanks again.

We were moving our daughter in her student apartment for school at USF and were pleasantly surprised to realize this condo was literally around the corner from her apartment. The beds were super comfy! Will definitely stay here again when we come to visit.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We were in Sarasota for a little while and wanted somewhere with 2 master bedrooms, a kitchen, and living room. This place was affordable and great for that need. The beds were comfortable and the private bathrooms were great.

Wow! Incredible stay! Rosetta was completely responsive and her house is BEAUTIFUL. She had everything you could need if you forgot something! 10 mins from the airport and right down the street from the stadium.

The house easily accommodated 6 adults for a week’s stay. Renters can be extremely hard on things and it can be difficult for owners to keep up with the items that need attention. During our stay we discovered some housekeeping issues and when we brought these to Anthonys attention, he handled them professionally and immediately. The large kitchen & table were perfect for all us of us to enjoy meals together. The downstairs den could easily be an additional master bedroom with its own bathroom. This is a 3 story home, & a lot of stairs. There are no ceiling fans in the rooms, so if you tend to get hot or need extra airflow, bring your own fan. There are some small fans in the closets which we used but we could have used an additional one in the living room. The home is centrally located to the airport, mall, downtown and lots of restaurants. Anthony is a wonderful host, responsive and accommodating!

I would like to start by saying that as soon as my family and I entered this wonderful home, there was a personalized welcome message to my family. There was a world map where you could place a pin where you are from and my children absolutely loved it. The location was perfect for us. We went to Busch Gardens more than a half a dozen times you can see Busch Gardens from the window. Everything was very clean and very well equipped from kitchen items all the way to bathroom items. I have been to multiple Airbnb’s and this one is at my top.

what a beautiful condo. looks freshly remodeled with very comfy beds throught. The included private beach access with sand toys wagon and fixins for the beach! Will be closing this condo for future trips to siesta key!

The place was very clean and really comfortable beds. Enjoyed dinner at the beach.

Gorgeous 3 floor unit with a great view of the water. We even saw dolphins up close right by the house 1 morning and further away another morning out of 7 nights. Beds were comfortable. Pretty walkable to the beach and a lot of restaurants. The back deck did not get a lot of the sun the time of year we were there but still loved sitting out there! Had all the beach equipment you would need, and house was well stocked with everyday amenities. Garage was a nice bonus for me! Hot tub and pool area were great. The security that we saw once in a while in pool area were very friendly. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Nalini was a great host and was very responsive! The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were nice. The community was quiet, cute, and in a convenient area. There was a surprising amount of guest parking spots, on top of the one reserved spot for the unit. The check in/check out process went really smoothly and our group was glad we chose this spot!

You can't beat the quality here. From the elevator to the rooftop lounge to the more than fully-stocked kitchen, this property delivers! The bedrooms are quiet, each level has its own AC control, there are great instructions for all TVs, the pool is right outside the garage, the views are nice, and the unit is a very short walk from the beach. Having a laundry on the sleeping level was heaven! Everything is simply top notch. All of the sofas and chairs are maximally comfortable, and the beds are the best I've slept in away from home. Diana responded to my two questions within 15 minutes and was enormously helpful and friendly. The peninsula has lots to offer, and is completely walkable. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!
