Countryside stay with wonderful views.

South Downs View, in West Sussex, is a peaceful, comfortable studio flat over garage that we call 'THE FOG'. It is situated on a pick your own fruit farm where you can enjoy visits to our family run farm shop (Monday to Saturday) that offers local artisan produce and a cafe serving home cooked food and speciality coffee. The FOG is a perfect place to stay for a few days away in the country or an ideal stopover if you are taking on the challenge of walking or cycling the South downs way.

The Little Annexe is a self contained detached unit. Set within our farmland near rural Warninglid, we are located within the High Weald area of outstanding natural beauty. Access to public footpaths allow you entry into the beautiful woodlands and surrounds. Ideally situated: 6 miles from both Horsham and Haywards Heath. Only a 15 min drive to Gatwick Airport. We are also local to event venues including Slaugham Place, Cisswood, Hyde Estate, Brookfield Barn, Bolney Wine Estate, South Lodge.

The Dairy is a beautifully converted, original farm dairy in a very quiet, rural area - yet only 5 minutes drive from a village & 15 mins from Horsham. Knepp Castle close by - a great bird watching area. Vaulted beamed ceilings lit with spotlights and very comfortably appointed. A granite dining area, sofa, armchair, table with large flat screen TV. Close to South Downs National Park, Knepp Wilding and coast. Quiet, rural setting on a farm by Warminghurst Church. Loved by musicians. Beautiful, light, airy self-catering barn with piano, twin or Super King bed, equipped kitchen. Perfect getaway from the city, quiet music retreat and excellent romantic setting for a Wedding Night. Enjoy a relaxed stay in the former home of Sir Norman Wisdom who lived here from 1958 to 76. It also belonged to Anne of Cleves, wife of Henry VIII. Located in the beautiful village of West Chiltington, on the edge of the South Downs national park, and just 15 miles from the coast, this 1 bedroom, self-contained annexe is a beautiful little cottage. It's ideally placed for walking holidays and is a popular base for all the Goodwood festivals.
