Holiday rentals with lake access in Horsham District

We could not be happier with our stay from the moment we booked to the moment we left. Kay is the most warm and welcoming host we could have asked for, incredibly friendly and so helpful and accommodating! Nothing was too much and she made our whole stay all the more enjoyable! The house has everything you need for a short or longer stay. The linen and towels smell beautifully clean too! There was a welcome basket with fresh bread, homemade shortbread (the best I’ve EVER had!!!!) butter, jam and marmalade and some milk in the fridge. What a lovely touch! There’s also lots of extra bits in the cupboards if you need. Honestly, if you’re thinking of booking, do it! You won’t be disappointed! We would book again in a heartbeat if we ever visit Littlehampton again! Thank you again Kay! X

Stunning seaside location with direct access to shingle beach. A perfect place to stay any time of year.

This is one of the cleanest places I’ve been in. Very homely, child friendly as well. Had access to fun card games too . Overall our stay was beautiful and pleasant. Thank you!

Our family had a fantastic stay. The cottage was lovely and homely. Sue had toys and activities in the house and garden for the kids. The hot tub was a bonus and great for relaxing. There is a nice small park near by for the kids, and its only a short walk to lancing beach, train station and brooklands park and lake. Local cafes and pubs and shops in walking distance. Regular trains from lancing to Brighton for a day out. Overall we had a great week at Sue's with lots of opportunities for walks and days out. The cottage was a great place to relax for all the family.

House was exactly what we required and as described with all things things we needed for our stay. Ray was very responsive and provided useful information proactively! Overall a lovely stay!

It was a pleasant stay at the place., very clean and modern. Tom and Amy are very responsive and welcoming. 100% recommend for anyone looking for a stay around Brighton area.

This was a really special place. Tessa has made it into a beautiful home with lots of little touches that made it one of the best places I have stayed. The walk around the creek is really special, roman villa on doorstep, Chichester, Arundel and lots of other places to visit. We really enjoyed our stay

I booked it for a Japanese colleague, excellent location for train station & to supermarkets, cafes & restaurants.

A delightful weekend stay Yaverland - an easy 20 minute walk down the hill to Sandown and in a quiet holiday park - backing onto beautiful trees and nature. Had a lovely walk along the cliffs and spent the day biking around the surrounding towns. The host made every accommodation for guests - well set up with tea, coffee and biscuits there for you on arrival! The chalet has been very thoughtfully renovated, very cleanly, great wifi and large TV for Olympic viewing. A great getaway! We didn’t have a car as we like walking and biking but would advise a car for the Isle of Wight if here for longer as it’s larger than it looks, and this place is not right in the township. Great communication throughout and would definitely recommend it!

Only stayed the one night but perfect base for visiting Portsmouth historic dockyard and museums. Clean and tidy apartment. thank you

Good value place to stay while visiting for work, spacious and well equipped

This was such a beautiful comfortable place to stay, just like home from home. We have stayed in a few air b &b s and this was by far the best. Arthur and his wife were so accommodating and we had everything we needed for our week long stay. Beautiful comfy bed which was very much needed, everything amenity you could think of was there. Thankyou for letting us stay Arthur it was lovely.

Fantastic place , very clean , close to shops ,secure parking, quiet and beautiful view across harbour. I couldn't of asked for a better location to Brighton . Would definitely recommend this home. Hopefully be booking again next year if available.

A fabulous place! Peaceful and private. The surroundings were stunning and the accommodation was spacious and very special. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym were excellent and very clean and the games room impressive. We had an amazing few days.

Beautiful little place in the countryside for a weekend getaway. The house was clean and warm, check-in was seamless, the surrounding area is very peaceful and Josephine was a great host with excellent communication. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely fantastic stay. Marion was incredibly accommodating & warmly welcomed us on our arrival . The cottage was perfectly positioned and Marion had gone out of her way to make us feel at home- especially with our toddler . Plenty of toys and baby equipment which was greatly appreciated. We loved the gorgeous courtyard and had a lovely stroll to the nearby cafe which was a great way to spend a morning with playground and great coffee! A wonderful trip and one we would love to come back to! Thank you

The most beautiful Airbnb ever. Would definitely recommend. Cozy and felt at home. Host was very welcoming and easy to talk to. We took walks at the Thames River in the morning and it was beautiful. Would definitely come again if given another chance.

I had a more than wonderful 3 night stay situated in beautiful peaceful surroundings.Most enjoyable sitting in the sunshine watching the herd of deer, full of character Alpacas 4 very friendly,the 3 horses overlooking the wildfowl on the lake,it was bliss. Extremely pleasant owner Charles with two Labradors Lily & Poppy stopped to chat. Middle Barn was immaculate with very comfortable beds.Highly recommend.Thank you Sophie.

Lovely accomodation! Although we were only able to stay for a short while, we still had a lovely time. We thoroughly enjoyed the woodland walk (and so did our two chihuahuas). The property was immaculate too. Thank you!

Diana’s beautiful countryside cottage is nestled into the East Sussex countryside, providing a quiet and remote getaway, but within easy drive of shops and several lovely Sussex towns and villages. Beautiful walks in the area.. in the winter bring your waterproof boots and enjoy!! Great for a stay with family or friends, lots of lovely spaces in the house ( the photos don’t do it justice). We stayed between Christmas and new year, so we appreciated and enjoyed the abundance of coal for our daily evening fires, providing a warm and very cozy atmosphere. Very well equipped kitchen with enough space around the table for 6 or 7 people. All our needs were met. Well worth a stay, I would highly recommend this place and we will surely return! Gill

Lovely little cottage. Well positioned in the centre of town but in a quiet location. Clean and well equipped. Ideal for the coast and for visiting the lovely restaurants in Emsworth.
