Beachfront holiday rentals in Hotel Zone

This was a beautiful residence with a pool and beach access. The pool was shared with 10 villas. Never had problems finding a chair, and the views were amazing. The house was beautiful and large. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of pans, dishes and cups. Many places in the house to hang out. My favorite place was the upper enclosed patio. It was the perfect room to do yoga and watch the sunrise. Definitely, would stay here again.

Mami’s place was the perfect welcome to Cancun! We couldn’t have asked for a better hostess or accommodation. Everything about this stay was amazing from the beginning that I’m sad that it had to come to an end but there will definitely be a next time! Thank you Mami!

Exelente place in the hotel area, I highly recommend the place, I was with the family and we had a great time. It is easy to access, close to beach whales as the publication says. Highly recommended.

I want to start off by saying this location alone was amazing. The hospitality the host and co host provided was amazing. My first time in Mexico so I was a little on edge but he assured we were ok and in safe hands. The drivers were nice and warm. They chat to give off comfort. My host also helped book our attractions at xcaret. We had an incredible time. This is the best host I’ve ever endured. Thank you all for helping me have a wonderful birthday. We will be back, looking to book again soon now. After researching I’ve come across bigger condos to accommodate my family as well for a family trip. I can’t thank you no more than BIG THANK YOU!!! Very Responsive!!

Our group really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb for our vacation in Cancun. The Airbnb was clean, private, and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting outside, lounging by the pool, and taking advantage of the private beach that was just steps away. Daniel was very responsive before our vacation so we knew what to expect and was also responsive during our stay, even though he was on vacation himself. I will be looking to see if Daniels Airbnb is available next time I’m in Cancun. I definitely recommend this home!

I love it!! The super clean apartment, with everything you need to have a nice stay, Magali super cute with us advised, helped and orientated us since it is our first time in Cancun and really made me want to come back without a doubt. I recommend it at 10000 % 🤩 10 of 10 👌🏻

We wanted both beautiful, quiet, no people … and easy access to public beach. This is exactly that; we enjoyed both aspects. We also wanted to explore more of the Southern end of the island and being part way down already was great. You do need a Golf Cart or Scooters … we don’t consider this a walking property. AC’s were excellent, hot water takes a min to get going … and then ahh very nice. Fresh Water Jug set up was nice… used it more than we thought. Patio & dipping pool on the edge of the waves is simply. stunning. Smart TV & Wi-Fi are nice, bring your login info for your NetFlix, Apple TV accts etc. We’ll be back!

We had a great time. The apartment has a romantic atmosphere with a small garden. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Hot water, Internet is all day. There is a supermarket nearby. The nearest beach is 15 minutes by bus. It's a good choice. If you go with gps, enter the full address - 16 is not enough. She will get lost.

We were extremely happy during our stay in Cancun. The distance from the accommodation to the airport is very short. The security people are very friendly and loving. The apartment is amazing (there is no elevator) there is parking and the place/subdivision is very quiet. Cleanliness 10/10 The finishes are luxurious especially the bathrooms 🙌🏽 Although there is no room we spend family time playing in the very nice dining room. The cooler is small but there is a cooler for the drinks. We would definitely come back and recommend it 100%

Excellent attention is a place that exceeded my Expectations, it is true that when arriving at the hotel they start to tell you about the talk for their memberships but it is only the first day of your arrival and real mete are very friendly... the place is amazing and on the part of the room it is amazing everything as the place is worth every weight of the place...

This house was very nice and was exactly what we were looking for. The host was very helpful in communicating and helping us with anything we needed.

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

Classy apartment, beautiful pool , comfy bedding

This place was amazing. We loved that it was right on the lagoon, a close walk to the center of the Hotel Zone, and the privacy one in the property was great. There is a plaza right in front of the property that offered multiple dining options and a gas station nearby too. The location was great for walking, and for further areas, Robin was able to provide us with a great contact for rides. The house was unique in that the lower and upper level were connected via a staircase outside, but we didn't use the downstairs so it wasn't an issue for us. The kitchen was perfect size for cooking and the primary bedroom and bathroom were amazing. We enjoyed many nights on the screened in porch and enjoyed our days by the pool and lagoon. This place would be the perfect size for our family of 8. Robin was very responsive once we arrived and helpful when we had questions. I would recommend this place as we felt safe, things were convenient, and the whole place was very peaceful and private.

We had a wonderful stay at Marco's White House Villa. It was lovely, clean and comfortable. Especially note worthy were the comfortable beds and linens and the much used filtered water - both hot and cold. There was a dedicated office center, which my friend used daily and that was extremely helpful. On the first night, we went next door to the Carribean Brisas retaurant. I could have eaten there every night! It was fabulous and we made friends with the manager, Chewy. We were there at least 4 times in 6 days. Also the Serena Rose restaurant was 1/2 block away and magnificent as well. Safe, sweet neighborhood, which I loved. The golf cart is a must, I'd say, although taxis are everywhere and easy to get. Also, not expensive. If the house had been on the beachfront, it would have been perfection. Since the pool didn't have circulating water, we just dipped our feet in, but it was fabulous at day's end to do that. Oh , and I almost forgot the most AMAZING shower ever! GO!

From beginning to end this was the best property we have stayed at. The communication with Pamela was almost instantaneous. Thank you so much! We asked for restaurant recommendations and all were perfect. The pizza from SIETE CIELOS As good as is in nyc and Naples. The Fish Market was a hidden gem upstairs from a grocery store. So good! Fresh. Well prepared with friendly service. Flor de Lis a go to for pozole and enchiladas mole. Catalina an Miquel keep the house in squeaky clean condition. We especially enjoyed that the dishes were washed after breakfast and lunch. The architecture is modern with lots of glass and beautiful wood. The art contributes to the vibe. Miquel was always available to help out with the grill and working the garage doors. Ok the scenery Spectacular! Beach right below. The youngest member really enjoyed the beach right on terrace. He played for hours in the sand and was safe. Our only regret is that the week we wanted for next year is already booked

Bethany's place exceeded all our expections. the ocean view out the windows was spectacular! the condo was very clean and had a lot of awesome amenities! Bethany also met us at check in and was such a friendly host. we highly recommend this place.

Tastefully decorated apartment, the sea view is amazing... In the hotel area but quite far from the big bars and therefore very quiet... the bedding is comfortable and everything is well equipped, we did not lack anything. The little touches are nice and communication is very easy.. we recommend

Angie was very responsive and friendly. We loved everything but the remodeling constructions going on next door to us. I especially liked the daily cleaning service.

Beach was fabulous! The restaurant food was really good. Unit is very spacious. Overall everything was great and we had a great time!

Leticia’s place was amazing. It was 6 women enjoying our space. We did a photo shoot on the beautiful beach on property! We used the pool and enjoyed the very friendly neighbors. Highly recommended…

Excellent accommodation, the hotel is beautiful, very good location, close to places to go out to eat and very close to the ferry, Joseph was very attentive at all times to answer my questions, I would definitely book with him again. 👍
