Holiday rentals with lake access in Hotel Zone

We really loved the location. It’s private but you can rent a cart and go the either end of the island in no time. loved the outdoor living space, great Bluetooth speaker. Enjoyed the plunge pool and the beds are very comfortable. We ended up eating out a lot, but the kitchen is well supplied. We really enjoyed the amazing boats, yachts., and sailboats coming in and out of the canal.

Wow! What a home, it’s a fortress and so spacious! Amenities beyond what we were expecting, including some spices and condiments, coffee, ice, drinking water, beach towels, pool towels, bath towels, mesh beach bags, two beach chairs, coolers, games, etc. full size shampoos in each bathroom and bar of soap. Very clean. Most comfortable beds I have ever slept on, even took a photo of the label to try to find one similar at home! Chris is the friendliest guy, super helpful, like a longtime friend now! I could happily live in that house for months, if not years, and hang out with Chris and Mike! Their dog crush is adorable! Couldn’t hear them at all, they respect your privacy and will only come out if you ask them to. They live in their own quarters attached but completely separate. Highly recommend staying here. We certainly plan to return! Thank you Chris!

What a beautiful house. There were 6 of us and we all felt like home. The rooms were cosy and welcoming, there was water, AC and we felt very safe. The caretaker lives nextdoor and his dogs were so sweet. Great guardians! The terrace on the roof has a beautiful view over the lagoon and you can enjoy the sunrise there. We loved hanging out in the garden. Thank you so much Sabi for your great communication and tips! We loved staying with you.

Our housekeeper Luz Maria was very helpful. She was very responsive and took care of all of our needs, from Uber/taxis to the delicious meals she prepared. The service was 10/10! I would definitely recommend staying at this property

Place was great. Beach and beach club have plenty of dedicated chairs and shade. Host's communication was quick. Would definitely recommend.

This was a fantastic stay! A very clean, very well-kept condo in a small, quiet building. The neighborhood dogs were a little loud, but I understand that is an issue almost everywhere in Cancun, and the air conditioner/fan were powerful and pretty good at drowning out that noise. Gerardo was instantly responsive and helpful, and has lots of nice touches in the condo (extra face towels, filtered water jug, and so on). The neighbourhood was also much better than advertised - lots of great places to eat nearby. Overall, we really enjoyed it here.

WOW. There are normal AirBnB hosts then there’s Ofelia. She went above and beyond to give my family an amazing stay. She is kind, warm, responsive and really an amazing person. Anyone traveling to Cancun must book this place. The views of the lagoon are perfect. From this place we walked to 4 public beaches and loved our 28 day stay. I am still amazed at how amazing of a host Ofelia is. She truly cares about her guests and has a heart of gold! 10/10 I recommend this place for anyone visiting Cancun! Gracias Amiga!!!

We love the stay. Natty extremely attentive and available. The apartment was impeccable and with everything we needed: microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, a large television.... super-equipped and comfortable . The place is close to everything If we can, we'll go back and stay in the same place.

Lovely apartment. Host was super responsive and attentive. No issues in the apartment. Everything was about 10-20 mins away in cab. Mini mart next door was very convenient also. I would stay here again, thank you for being amazing hosts!
