Charming apartment

Lovely and cosy apartment near the sea in Santa Eulalia del Rio, on the beautiful island of Ibiza. It is located in a Ibiza style building with a garden of pine trees. In a quiet area to spend a dream vacation. The apartment has been recently renovated. It is very bright and well decorated. It has all the amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible: fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, ceramic hob, etc..), TV and air conditioning. It has a double bedroom and 2 confortable coaches in the living room for two others. The nearest beach is Cala Martina, where there is a kitesurfing school and good restaurants, Playa Niu Blau and Cala Pada ... are wonderful beaches. Nearby is the town of San Carlos, with its famous hippy-market of Las Dalias. Definitely a place to come and discover the incredible and fascinating island of Ibiza.

Baño completo (secador, champú y gel). Wifi gratuito ,aire acondicionado en el salón y Smart TV de 32” UHD Cambio de ropa una vez por semana y de toallas cada dos días. (dos camas de alta calidad de 90x200, o una de 180x200). Estos apartamentos de 40 m2 dan a un patio interior.

Sea view apartment completely renovated in 2021: two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, terrace in a luxury seaside residence close to the most beautiful beaches of the island west coast Ibiza. Very quiet and sunny. Accommodation for 4 people ( 2 bunk beds in the small room and an independent room with a double bed in 160 cm). This place is ideal for couples or families with children but is less suitable for groups of young singles.
