Waterfront holiday rentals in Ibiza

Everything was just perfect, super clean and our stay beautiful. If I had a question, it was answered in less than 30 minutes. We will definitely be back. The location is perfect.

Nice accommodation, very functional and well-equipped. It is well located, beach and hiking nearby. Please note that parking can be very difficult like everywhere in Ibiza. The only downside is the sound insulation, you can hear everything that happens in the apartment next door and you don't have the same rhythm of life as people who live there all year round…

We loved this Airbnb. We love the location, the ocean view, the security, & comfortable surroundings. The beds were comfortable & it was easy to check-in & out. We had a bit of trouble with the WiFi at first but Kim came right away to fix it. It’s right next to the beach & many fantastic restaurants and things to do. We hope to return next season and would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience & Hope to be back soon. Muchas Muchas gracias!

Maria and Charo are two very nice and responsive people. The check in and out was flexible which allowed us to enjoy the beach during our last day. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived, a little out of the way it is rather recommended to have a car or a scooter. Cala Sant Vincent beach is within walking distance. About ten minutes by scooter of acute blanques. The environment of the residence is very wooded and close to the sea which is pleasant, few people. The apartment was great for 2 people for 1 week!

It was an incredible experience. The location was perfect, nestled in a vibrant area that made it easy to explore the island’s beautiful beaches and lively nightlife. This apartment is a jewel! Fantastic location, only a minute walk to Den Bossa Beach in Ibiza, and around there a multitude of options to the world’s most famous clubs, local bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets, all within walking reach. The apartment is very comfortable, in great condition, tidy, clean, with all necessary amenities and plenty of small touches provided by Alex, such as toiletries, pantry snacks and essentials to make you feel extra special on arrival and help to quickly settle just at home. Alex is a truly fantastic, super accommodating and extremely caring host. Great communication throughout, clear instructions and always ready to offer any assistance, help and support needed during our stay. Alex’s apartment is thoroughly recommended to anyone looking for a truly special and convenient place to stay in one of the coolest and most exciting neighbourhoods of Ibiza.

A perfect apartment to spend a few days with friends, the location is perfect and on the beach . The accommodation has everything you need, the communication with the host was good at all times and also gave us flexibility when entering and leaving, if we come back it will definitely be there

Nice quiet relaxing and respectful family community in beautiful surroundings away from the crowd and madness. Great for young families. Car essential and easy access to the lovely South West and the rest of Island. Eduardo was very friendly, chilled out and helpful. 7 pines next door is expensive, but, worth a visit for a wonderful sunset at the cone. Cala Comté is close and gorgeous but very busy. Plan visits off peak. Apartments are spacious, functional, with amazing balcony views, salt water pool is very nice. Occasionally you may hear your neighbours but we had very respectful neighbours on our visit. Only issue is fans instead of A/C. Adding A/C fans for hot months would be a big asset.

Good communication, good location en beautiful house! Travelled with our 3 month old baby so loved to have such a beautiful house to chill at when he was taking naps at the provided crib. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Super villa, very good for our relaxing stay. Very helpful that we had a car, as it is in a quiet area. The hot tub is fantastic! Loved the little extras like tea and coffee and basics for cooking (oil,salt etc). The terrace upstairs is fantastic with a great view. AC works great and the beds were comfortable.

We had a great time at Mark and Barry’s house. Location was amazing and the roof terrace with 360 degree views was beautiful. Great recommendations for restaurants and beaches - all the ones we tried were faultless. Would definitely stay here again.

The host Sebastian and his wife was very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions that we had . The villa was spotless and had enough bathrooms for a group of 10. Sebastian was very accommodating and consented to a party night at the villa which made my 60 th birthday celebrations go with a bang . I truly recommend this villa for a group of friends or family get together … the local beach is within walking distance … but be prepared for an uphill walk back to the villa … we had cars so it was never a problem .. local beach restaurants .. we favoured the beach club .. food was fresh and of good portions plus good vibes .. there is also a local convenience store by the beach bay that sells fresh pastries and baguettes daily … thank you Sebastian for being such a great host

We had an excellent stay, it was perfect for our small family. Very close to the main square. The facilities were great and Ed and excellent host.

Stayed here for a week with my wife and two small kids. It was perfect for us, with lots of space, a pool, barbeque, loungers and a wonderful Wendy house which the kids loved to play in. The house was cool, with fans and air con if it got really hot, and a well stocked kitchen. Raquel and Germán were there to meet us when we arrived, showed us where to park, and gave us a really friendly and comprehensive tour of the house. We were then left to it, but given both Raquel and Germáns numbers in case we needed them for anything. The location is great, really close to the beach, a short walk to the middle of San Antonio, close to restaurants and cafes, but quiet and secluded. If we return to Ibiza we will definitely be coming back to stay here! Thank you Raquel and Germán!

We had an amazing week in Ibiza. Maria’s apartment is in a small block and was frequented mostly by Spanish.Beautiful pool just outside the door and a breathtaking sea view. Steps down to the beach with lovely beach bar and food. Lovely little town near by. Short distance to sant Antonio and Ibiza town. You would need a car to take advantage of everything. Will definitely return and would book this apartment again. Thanks again Maria

We had a great stay at Lorenzo’s place. Conveniently located, not far from shops and the beach. Great view from the terrace and the pool is really good too. Cala Llonga is a relatively quiet part of the island but only a short taxi ride away from the old town and the main sights. Lorenzo was a great host too with clear instructions and prompt responses. Would highly recommend!
