Charming country hotel in the Golden Circle

Hótel Skálholt has 18 rooms that are spacious and cozy in a beautiful setting on the Golden Circle route. The area is quiet and peaceful and a perfect place to relax and enjoy the amazing views. When the night sky is clear it’s often possible to see the Northern Lights when they are in season. The hotel is very well situated when taking daytrips around the Golden Circle, the highlands and the South Coast. You can also enjoy a delicious meal made with local ingredients at our Restaurant Hvönn.
