Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Idaho Springs

We had a great time at Rob’s place! The home was very clean and comfortable and we were close to everything we needed. It was nice having mini splits in each bedroom to keep us comfortable. Highly recommend!

I would like to keep this place as secret, so it's always open for me but if you want space and very comfortable accommodations.This is the place for you. we will be coming back as well as much of our family in the near future.

We had a siblings retreat, and really enjoyed a quiet place to enjoy one another's company. The location was helpful as it was close to many services and easily accessible from the highway.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was super cozy. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. We did have an issue with the bedroom sheets but Nina was super responsive and took care of us quickly. I highly recommend this place and would stay again on my next trip to Colorado.

Great stay; everything we needed! Clean, fenced in backyard was perfect for the dogs. Heated floor in the bathroom was a nice touch.

Berenice and Jese are great hosts — very responsive and flexible. Their home was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I loved that the showers had a removable handheld option with excellent water pressure. I would definitely recommend booking with them.

Great pet friendly place with very nice host!

A great place to stay in the mountains and is pet friendly. It was perfect for the wife and I and our pup that we brough along. We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities that were supplied (extra towels and cooking supplies and such). Each room was climate controlled for heat, which was also nice. Along with the gas fireplace, its a cozy stay. Tim also has a about a 3 acre fenced in yard that was perfect for our dog who of course loved it also. All in all great stay and we will be coming back.

We enjoyed a long weekend here. The hosts did a great job. Hot tub was wonderful. Great walkable neighborhood. We will be back sometime soon.

Amazing spot for my fiancé and i with our two dogs. Right next to the shuttle that took us straight to the gondola but when we wanted to walk it only took 15 mins to get into town. Super cozy as well. We will definitely be back! :)

Wonderful place and lovely host! Hanna was very helpful when I had questions and needed help. There are stairs to access the apartment and it is in the basement of a very beautiful house. It had everything I needed.

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

Bonnie’s place provided us the perfect rest spot while we visited family in Erie, Colorado. We were pleased to find delicious muffins at checkin, as well as a generous selection of hot drinks for the Keurig ! Wonderful shower, towels, and mattress for a good nights sleep. Be sure to watch your toes around the base of the metal bedframe! Spacious kitchen and bathroom . Bonnie is so approachable , and a plus is that her own home is right next door . Walkable to downtown and terrific restaurants ( in good weather😊). Do NOT miss “ Stacey’s Kitchen “ or the “ Erie Social Club”!!!! Be sure to double check closing times, as they are earlier than on the East coast. We Look forward to returning to Bonnie’ s Place!!!

Sonja's basement apartment worked really well for my purposes. I stayed for a week and it felt like home! It's situated in a comfortable neighborhood and although you're in the basement of a house, it felt private. I did not hear any noises above me like some previous reviews stated. Everything was peaceful and quiet for the entire time I was there. Having a fully functional kitchen and laundry machines was great. When I had a question, Sonja called me back almost immediately to answer it. I'd highly recommend!

Douglas’ home was perfect for our annual trip to Breck. The location is perfect, literally within mins of Main St. The house is clean, well-appointed, and easily accomodated my family of 6. The parking garage was a nice convenience as well. My family and I have stayed at various lodges on 4 O’Clock Rd over the years and this was the best yet. A true gem! See you next year!!!

We really enjoyed our stay & liked how close the location was to Peak 9 (easy to walk or bus). Also enjoyed the quiet seclusion of the complex. Christine was super responsive during our stay. Would absolutely book again.

This was the perfect place for our extended weekend ski trip to Copper Mountain! The place was clean and the hot tub was the perfect post-ski recovery. Mitch was very responsive throughout our stay, would 100% stay again!

Centrally located to bounce between ski hills. The apartment had a lot of space and was perfect for our stay. There are a lot of very good restaurants in close proximity. The garage was a bonus since it snowed a ton while we were there. We will have to come back in the summer to take advantage of the canoes, bikes, and lake.

Maria was an excellent host and made our stay simple with clear instructions. The town was amazing!

We loved our winter stay at Ivete’s place in Dillon. It was clean and comfortable with scenic views . We were walking distance to restaurants. Close to ski mountains and a grocery store. The BEST part of this great rental was how well stocked the airbnb was with not only shampoos but also everything you would need in a kitchen. They were responsive to all our texts. We would definitely rent again!! It was a nice place for our family with adult children to have our own bedrooms and a big open family room with gas fireplace. Plus ample space for our skiis and boots.
