Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Idaho Springs

There’s too much to state, but I will start with the cleanliness. I consider myself OCD when it comes to certain items. Marilyn’s home is 100% OCD friendly in terms of very detailed cleanliness! She was the perfect host! She checked in on us to make sure we were absolutely satisfied. The home is even better than described! If you look around, you can find anything you can possibly expect for a modern and functional home to contain. I would not only recommend Marilyn’s home, but I am going to go out of my way to share my experience so others can experience this beautiful, picturesque, quiet, and inviting place! Great house in North Denver! House was super clean, had modern amenities, great fenced in outdoor space. Perfect for pets and spending time outside. House is directly across from a wonderful park. Easy to get to north river and highlands. Highly recommend.

A beautiful place to wake up and look at the mountains! Me and my friends really enjoyed our selves! Would recommend staying here and the host responded super fast with anything needed (not that there was anything wrong) 10/10!!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was super cozy. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. We did have an issue with the bedroom sheets but Nina was super responsive and took care of us quickly. I highly recommend this place and would stay again on my next trip to Colorado.

This is my third time staying at Sally’s place with my dog, and each time it is wonderful! Definitely becoming a home away from home for us and looking forward to another stay!

Great location. Close to good restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities, but in a quiet neighborhood. Very cute inside and clean. Very secure gate and fence for dogs. Kitchen was well stocked and lovely welcome basket.

The property was really nice and in a great location. Brady was very nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place for a future trip.

A great place to stay in the mountains and is pet friendly. It was perfect for the wife and I and our pup that we brough along. We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities that were supplied (extra towels and cooking supplies and such). Each room was climate controlled for heat, which was also nice. Along with the gas fireplace, its a cozy stay. Tim also has a about a 3 acre fenced in yard that was perfect for our dog who of course loved it also. All in all great stay and we will be coming back.

Great stay! Loved using the hot tub with my friends. Derrick was very communicative and helpful. We rented a car but could have walked to Lohi in addition to a few restaurants and coffee shops around the house.

Amazing spot for my fiancé and i with our two dogs. Right next to the shuttle that took us straight to the gondola but when we wanted to walk it only took 15 mins to get into town. Super cozy as well. We will definitely be back! :)

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment itself is comfortable, decor was really cool and interesting, comfy bed, convenient location. This place had everything I was looking for. Hanna is friendly and helpful. I got to meet her doggo in the hallway, what a sweetie! I would highly recommend this Airbnb, and would stay here again without hesitation.

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

Bonnie’s place provided us the perfect rest spot while we visited family in Erie, Colorado. We were pleased to find delicious muffins at checkin, as well as a generous selection of hot drinks for the Keurig ! Wonderful shower, towels, and mattress for a good nights sleep. Be sure to watch your toes around the base of the metal bedframe! Spacious kitchen and bathroom . Bonnie is so approachable , and a plus is that her own home is right next door . Walkable to downtown and terrific restaurants ( in good weather😊). Do NOT miss “ Stacey’s Kitchen “ or the “ Erie Social Club”!!!! Be sure to double check closing times, as they are earlier than on the East coast. We Look forward to returning to Bonnie’ s Place!!!

We loved Brandon’s place. We stayed for a month to snowboard at Copper and all the trip was just 1 hour 15 minutes (no traffic) so great location to get to the mountains. The beds were really comfortable we had a great sleep every day. There’s just one TV in the Living Room. For long stays and kids in the house an extra TV in one of the bedrooms will help big time! The place is on broadway so you have great places walking distance to eat or drink. If you like vintage style. It’s the right place to visit all the vintage stores nearby!!! I totally recommend this place.

The location of this unit was perfect for walking into town, and just a short walk to the snowflake lift. You can ski-in across the street from the building from 4 o’clock run. The unit itself was well appointed. It’s a little run down, as are many places in ski towns, but the price matched the quality of the unit. I’d recommend this unit.

Perfect lil spot close enough to walk to downtown main if you wanted. Or just catch the bus stop which is maybe 20 steps away. Christine was very responsive with any questions that I had. I will more than likely rebooking in the future on my next trip to Breck!

Couldn’t have picked a better spot! We parked the car once and didn’t touch it the whole trip. Snowflake lift is just a 3-minute stroll across the street, and we literally skied right back to the apartment from the lower 4 O’Clock run. Pro tip: look for the basketball hoop—that’s your turn-in landmark! Plenty of parking, so we just left our skis in the car after skiing in. And the best part? Just a 5-minute walk to all the fun on Breck’s Main Street. Denise was very responsive to any inquiries.

New building, hot tub with a view, spotless everything and tastefully decorated. What more could you ask for. We stayed as a family of five and loved our time at the condo. Dedicated parking spot, use of the garage made everything easy. Hosts were communicative and helpful. Kitchen was well-stocked and the location made everything easy. Everything is pretty new and in great shape. We would highly recommend and would stay again.

Awesome place to stay! really cozy especially with a fire and super easy to grab a shuttle to winter park for some laps!

We had a great stay. The space was very quiet. Watched beautiful sunrises from the balcony. We were comfortable and felt at home.
