The proximity to the sea makes our property the ideal destination for those who want to rest without necessarily using the car to go to the beach. The house is located near the beach in the quiet private condominium "la maddalena beach" with nearby bathing establishments, info point, sailing school, kite surfing school, beach day for the little ones.
