Darren and Grant were both excellent hosts, they provided everything we could need. Shuttles, luggage shipping and any questions/ recommendations we could need.

Location was amazing! On a quiet street right in the center of town with all the restaurants, shops, and bars. It’s a quick walk (uphill) to the slopes. Plenty of space for 2 with a small kitchenette and a comfy queen bed. Highly recommend!

The place is clean and tidy, within walking distance from the sakka ski lift. The daily shuttle run to the supermarket was also very helpful!

They always responded quickly and gave me information about the accommodation and the environment, which made me feel at ease from before I got to the inn until I left. I used it for my snowboarding trip. It was very close to the slopes, and there was a convenience store, so it was convenient. The accommodation was spacious and beautiful, with a hot spring, and I was tired. The price was also affordable and helped. Also, when I forgot something, you told me with photos, and I was grateful for the flexibility. I'd love to stay there again if I have the opportunity☺️ Thank you again for everything.

Very clean, good size and has parking. Less than 10 minutes drive from downtown by the train station. Host was very nice and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

Convenient place, close to the train station and places to visit. The room is neat and clean, cooking utensils are full and convenient. The bathroom is shared with the toilet so it will be a bit inconvenient to stay with 5 people. The surrounding area is a bit noisy at night. The price is right.

The house was beautifully spacious, clean and toasty warm! Super close to the train station/ bus shuttles and supermarket. The house itself had everything you need! Pete was extremely great at communicating and helping us with the best local places to eat and organising transport. If I come back to Hakuba I’ll definitely be booking this place! 10/10

Seasons Apartments was a great place to stay to access the slopes. It is a very short walk to the lifts, ski hire (which has a small coffee shop), and the ski school. There are numerous restaurants in easy walking distance (make sure you book well ahead). The staff are all Australian, and friendly, helpful, and responsive with supermarket and restaurant runs, and transfers to the station if needed. I really could not fault these apartments and location, it was excellent. I will certainly recommend it to anyone wanting to ski at Hakuba.

It’s my second time staying at the Nozawa Gondola Apartments. Different room this time but just as wonderful as before. Clean nicely designed house, well equipped kitchen, and can’t ask for a better location if you’re headed for the slopes!

Kim's place is a great place to explore Matsumoto. The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the castle. Restaurants and supermarkets can be found nearby. The apartment is well furnished, so that there is enough space for up to 6 people.

We had a great stay at Omusubi. Ryuichi, as everyone else mentioned, is such a helpful and kind host who greeted us personally. He gave us great recommendations and is always responsive when we had questions. The place is a walk away from Cortina and a few mins drive from Norikura, so convenient for skiing. The whole unit is clean and spacious, and the heating is great! The only slightly downside is that the soundproofing isn’t so great, so you’d hear sounds from the next room and outside if there is significant noise. Thankfully the area doesn’t seem to be noisy so we weren’t too affected. Overall it is still an excellent option for the Hakuba area!

The apartment in the forest was quiet and relaxing, surrounded by nature. It was impressive that we could see the stars so well.

It was decorated and the children were happy! Even at the next hot spring, I was able to relax!

The apartment was much nicer than what the pictures showed. A very nice place to stay for someone looking for a relaxing accommodation after a strenuous day or long drive.

Whilst the snow wasn’t what we hoped so late in the season we loved our time in Nozawa. Gab and his lovely family and staff made us so welcome as well as helping with all our questions and recommendations for ski hire and tours and the best of all, sending our excess baggage back to the airport allowing us to continue on our travels without our ski gear! The apartment was spacious and easily coped with 8 of us, perfect for larger groups. The apartment is located a 10 minute walk from main centre of town. We will be back!
