We are delighted with our stay at Marc's place. We were hosted very well. We love the city and its beach. The apartment is super well located to enjoy the city center, shops, restaurants on foot. Apartment facing the sea. Rental as described. We also appreciated the ease of parking in mid-April.

The three of us spent a week in Alain's apartment. We arrived stressed and very relaxed. The view is priceless, the proximity to the beach just brilliant. Thanks to the bikes, bakery, shops and restaurants are within easy reach.

This house has a very special, family-like, warm atmosphere. It is very well equipped, you can find everything there! The bed is very cozy... the shower is nice. The decor is nice. In addition to the house, we enjoyed its location in a beautiful small residence, in the wooded dunes and 5 min from the beach. Also well located for visiting the island.

Bruno is a super host - always happy to help and have us some great tips for the local area. His place is right on the beach and if you’re up early enough you can see the sun rise too. It’s cool inside and nice to have some shade in the garden under the beautiful fig tree. There are restaurants within walking distance and the market at Bain Les Brée is a little further away but well worth the visit. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed it

Need we say more about the villa that Marie offers? You can come without a second thought. Everything is spotless. I'm looking for a flaw to reproach him but I couldn't find anything:-) We will return to the island of Oléron, and it will be at Marie's. Thank you Marie for everything

Simply magical! 6 residents of a Seine and Marnais Ehpad accompanied by 3 professionals stayed 4 nights in this sublime house. Their stay was a real breath of fresh air and a pleasure from end to end! We recommend it without hesitation and will be happy to come back if the opportunity was given to us. We were delighted to spend a few days in this accommodation: it is very well located, very clean, consistent with the photos, the place is quiet and peaceful and the interior is well appointed. There is everything you need on site, the bedding is of good quality. The balcony with sea view as well as the private parking space are a real plus. The hosts were kind and responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation, the small balcony allows you to fully enjoy the sea view. Access to the beach is direct so you can enjoy it quickly with children . Clean apartment with everything you need, close to local shops (bakery, ice cream shop,restaurant ...) the sea bus is less than 10 minutes walk ,a beautiful discovery that allows access to the center of La Rochelle while enjoying a boat getaway. Patricia is a responsive host to the message and was accommodating on the check-in and check-out time. The person who hosted us (Patricia was away) was very welcoming and was able to answer our questions . We recommend this apartment

Our stay at this accommodation was very pleasant, at this time we found calm and tranquility. Regarding the studio, it is ideal for 2 people, the sunny terrace for a good part of the day is a real asset. We would recommend this listing.

We had a great time at Nicolas's apartment, everything is very clean, the decoration is very nice, the terrace too. The location is ideal, by the sea and just minutes from the center of the fleet. We can only recommend it, 10/10!
