Quite demanding in nature, I can say that the accommodation is of very good quality. Top-quality cleanliness and level of equipment. No complaints. Nathalie was there when we needed it. I recommend this place without hesitatingly, which checks all the boxes. Very well received with the added bonus of local products. Keep it up. Great.

Our family had a very peaceful and relaxing time at Sylvie’s house. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, garden, pool and seating areas. We knew it was a recently modernised/refurbished and everything felt new and with a well planned layout. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating, even though our language skills leave a lot to be desired, Sylvie and her partner spoke more than enough English to answer all the questions about the house Most importantly the beds were very comfortable and sleeping after a day of cycling around the island helped the recovery. We have been to Ile de Re many times and really enjoy the location, quiet yet enough shops and restaurants close by to fulfill our needs. Already looking at dates for this property for next year.

Nice home with plenty of space for a large family. Lovely outside space for when the weather is nice. Walking distance to the marina and plenty of restaurants. You can get a sea bus to the old port. Overall a nice house in a good location. Hosts were very nice and provided good suggestions for local restaurants and amenities.

Great stay despite the bad weather!:) It's really an exeptional place and the decor is just beautiful The photos are in no way misleading and do not accurately reflect the quality of the property itself Whether it's on decor or interior or exterior design choices! Weekend with couples is really ideal! Kids could spoil moments of relaxation 😅 Thank you for providing a very charming and very high quality villa:)

Great hospitality from David and a spotless little apartment! Very well equipped, there is everything you need, from the bulot picnic to the hair dryer! Impeccable for a small family, like ours with two children. The accommodation is very well located near the heart of the fleet village. Underground parking allows the car to be parked. In short, a perfect home.! We'll be back with great pleasure., thank you David for hostingus!

Short stay for 3 with a 3 year old. We had a pleasant stay, the apartment was just perfect. We have done everything on foot (visit the Old Port, aquarium, etc. ). Underground parking is a real plus. Philippe is very responsive, attentive and left us full of documentation about what we can do and visit in La Rochelle. Many thanks for everything and we recommend this apartment if you want to stay in La Rochelle for a few days with the family.

Impeccable accommodation, the location of the apartment in relation to the island is of 1st choice. We slept very well, the apartment is quiet in a private residence where cars do not run...we left our feet 🚲 at the foot of the stairs that lead to the apartment without any worries. We strongly recommend, our hosts were adorable and very available.

we had a pleasant stay. small but functional accommodation. just a downside for the missing parking and everything is paid for nearby, but hey, the lodger had nothing to do with it. It's the policy of the city that increasingly restricts car access to the city.

ideally located, the accommodation is convenient / functional, slightly far from the city center ( 400/500m) which allows you to enjoy everything on foot and by bike. " master " outbuilding is a real plus. the railway right behind the house is surprisingly not at all. We will regret the cleanliness of the accommodation on arrival as well as the garbage cans of previous occupants due to the off-season collection that takes place during the week . if we had to find a defect, maybe the lack of high / low noise insulation in the house .
