Holiday rentals in Independence

Some friends and I drove in from out of town to hang out with friends and play some tabletop games. Everything as accurate from the photos. Very good water pressure in the showers/sinks. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out in the living room. Note that if you are a light sleeper, there is a very active train line nearby that you may hear at any hour, so bring earplugs or such.

Thorough and clear communication. Enjoyed our stay greatly, our space was extremely clean, very professional.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The owners were incredibly kind, super easy to communicate with, and just overall made our stay even better. The property was in a great spot, perfect size, and had everything we needed! The beds and living room furniture were so comfy, and we enjoyed the kitchen as well!!

Easy check in/check out process, house was clean and just as pictured showed. Very nice area and convenient. 10 from restaurants and shopping and about 15 min from the big city! Had a great time

Was working in independence doing construction work we needed a place to stay. We wanted to make sure we was in a good neighborhood. Was very impressed with the neighborhood. Very impressed with the size of this place very clean inside beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much Michael.

The little house is very cute and conveniently located to many of the places we planned to go during our stay.

We stayed here as a large family group ranging in age from 7-84 and coming from various points in Missouri, Tennessee and NY to help Uncle Bill cross off his bucket list item of tailgating and seeing a Chiefs game at Arrowhead. For anyone needing a large gathering space in the KC area, this is it! Perfection! Plenty of space, bathrooms, gorgeous surroundings with so much to do, and the kindest hosts. Two of us stayed in the cabin which we loved. The grounds made for amazing family pictures. We left with treasured memories and talk of returning in summer to enjoy a longer stay and the pool. I think this is the best AirBnB experience we have ever had.

We enjoyed staying at Kathleen's Air BnB. Each of us had our own bedroom and there was plenty of space.
