Holiday rentals in Overland Park

It’s a freaking awesome beautiful small part of town. The environment is great and quiet just a few miles away. Is this place called the little barbecue joint that is absolutely phenomenal or host Anthony was amazing. Always spoke with us. Helped us if I’m anywhere even remotely close to Missouri that’s where we’re stayingno question hands-down even if we have to travel a little further.

If you are looking for your home away from home then you have found your place. The kitchen was stocked with a coffee maker, air fryer, toaster and all of the extras you would need to make a meal or late night snack. The living room was very comfortable with a very nice and soft sectional, lots of pillows and a great Roku TV. The three bedrooms were very comfortable and well prepared, the master bed was absolutely one of the best! The blankets were so soft and comfortable for the cold nights. Every detail was met in the bathrooms and there were plenty of towels to go around for the five of us for three nights. The check in process was so very easy and the communication about check in time and door code were sent well before the stated check in time. In the face of the KC Blizzard 2025 the host made every single effort to make sure my family had a safe place to stay during the worst of the storm, allowing us to stay an extra night to wait out the closed roads. We enjoyed our stayed at Hallie's place. It was very comfortable, clean, and gave us a cozy place to rest, relax, and enjoy time with our friends as we gathered together.

Sailaja’s home was exactly as advertised. In a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping & restaurants. The very large apartment, fully stocked kitchen and laundry room made our stay just like being at home. The fence backyard was wonderful amenity for our dog.

This is such a cozy place to stay! The house is so clean and free of clutter. Everything felt brand new. My family of three was able to spread out and each do our work in separate rooms. When we heard 5in of snow were predicted, we got a bit nervous. But we had a garage to park, snow shovel, and our host treated the sidewalk and drive. It ended up being a great snow day for our family… that rarely gets to see snow! Nice, easy mile walk on sidewalks gets you to coffee shop and restaurants. I hope we can stay again on our next trip to KC!

Great place! We rented for a ski trip with friends and family. It worked out great. Big gathering area as well and stocked with lots of extras

We stayed here as a large family group ranging in age from 7-84 and coming from various points in Missouri, Tennessee and NY to help Uncle Bill cross off his bucket list item of tailgating and seeing a Chiefs game at Arrowhead. For anyone needing a large gathering space in the KC area, this is it! Perfection! Plenty of space, bathrooms, gorgeous surroundings with so much to do, and the kindest hosts. Two of us stayed in the cabin which we loved. The grounds made for amazing family pictures. We left with treasured memories and talk of returning in summer to enjoy a longer stay and the pool. I think this is the best AirBnB experience we have ever had.

Kathleen was very responsive to our requests and communicative throughout our booking requests and check out procedures. Our team enjoyed the two separate living rooms and the fully equipped kitchen. We'd highly recommend staying here.
