Apartment holiday rentals in Indonesia

The apartment is located on a secured site. It is a neighborhood on its own with hundreds of shops under the buildings on the site. There is a metro line at the entrance of the building. Honestly, the times we enjoyed the most in Jakarta were the time we spent on this site. A local evening market is set up just outside the site. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable. Good value for money paid.

Had a pleasant stay—Dennis was very responsive and helpful. There was an issue with the gas stove and TV, but he made sure everything was fixed promptly. The air conditioning works well, and the location is super convenient, right next to Green Sedayu Mall. Do note that around 5 AM, you might hear prayers from a loudspeaker, which is quite common in Indonesia.

Ahmad and Eya were excellent hosts. The apartment is just like on the pictures and with the gym, pool, tennis/basketball court and garden. Also with the Aeon mall next door for all shopping needs, restaurants and shops. Thanks guys look forwards to staying with you again in the future🤝✨

Its a really good place for you to stay during your trip to Jakarta. Can easily access to the mall. Everything is super convenient. Highly recommended 👍🏼

A very nice stay! Pros View is excellent with the floor to ceiling windows. Place was clean and had what we needed. Many little added items as you would find in a upscale hotel to assure a great stay. Comfortable sofa and great TV. Responsive host. We had a bit of a cockroach problem which was addressed and resolved promptly. Lobby, reception area, and the people there all great and very helpful. Often had someone just opening the front door like a fine hotel! Cons Building is an odd mix of very nice and some items needing work. The windows desperately need cleaning on the outside and the maintenance of the pool deck area is lacking but not a reflection on the host.

the location is quite and strategic, very convenience with private lift. the unit is very clean and comfy like home.. I love the sofa btw.. the wifi is working well. there is a food court just accross the building. highly recommended 👍🏻

we have stayed twice at Clio and as always; great service & great stay! shower & hot water is running until we finishes our shower , hairdryer provided as per request ♥️ breakfast came every morning too! I asked for honey for my pancakes and they even have them too 😁

Super comfy and private, but still close to lots of fun spots and the food places I wanted to try out. The host was really quick to respond whenever I had questions. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chill weekend around BSD

Great, perfect place! We stayed with my cat, which was totally comfortable and cozy. Absolutely clean and fresh. Many interior features which let feel like at home 💛

Had a great one-night stay at this apartment! The unit was beautiful, very clean, and had a stunning view of the city. Super convenient location right inside a mall so food and drinks were just a few steps away. I also really appreciated that I could bring my small pet poodle. The host was friendly, helpful, and gave clear info from check-in to check-out. Definitely recommended!

The unit is homey, according to the picture. before check-in it's been wa by the housekeeper, so communication can be faster. clean, complete amenities, direct pool in front of the unit. private elevator and free parking for guests as well

I had a great time staying at Adhys place. The design of the unit was very unique. The space was not too big though but enough for two adults and two children. The amenities provided were useful. The swimming pool is a big win for the kids and there are lots of nice restaurants nearby. Thank you and will be back again.
