The apartment (26 sqm) has a modern shower bath, a small kitchen with stove/oven and is equipped with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth Hifi. Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

Sunny & Unique: Attic flat in small villa

Our cosy flat is on the 2nd floor of our beautiful house with garden. We are located in a nice quiet neighbourhood, a quick 12 minute bus ride from the city centre - which is why you get free parking here ;) Close by: supermarket, train station, highway access , RM Congress Centre, Rhinegau. Only one restaurant nearby. IMPORTANT: No tourist tax is charged for under 18s by the city council. So pls let me know how many children are traveling with you so I can make an individual offer.

We rent a nice apartment in the historic Ober-Ingelheim. City centre, shopping and refreshments are quick and easy to reach. Boehringer Ingelheim is 2 km away. The outskirts offer nature to relax and invite you to hike. The house is located almost directly on the Selztalradweg. Great tours can be done by bike or on foot.
