Great location, clean and tidy beach house, even had an outside shower! Lovely host, easy to communicate with. will definitely stay there again! ☺️

When we arrived and we walked in, and the amount of natural light in the home was beautiful. Everything was very clean and everything you need is there. Having the fance at the front made us feel that little more safer as we have young childern. Walking distance to the beach & local cafe. Only a 2 minute drive to rye. Big outdoor space for the childern and your fur babies. Having my morning coffee on the porch with the morning sun shine was divine. We didn't want to leave & We can't wait to visit again.

We had the most amazing week staying in their house. I have a young toddler & also 7.5months pregnant, our biggest requirement for this family holiday was for it to be EASY! They have everything covered from kids toys, a huge book case full of books, portacot & highchair - having the mental load of having to pack half our house to bring eliminated was BEYOND AMAZING!! There's a massive backyard, fully fenced with a sandpit for my toddler to run around & play. Location is fantastic, the house itself is in a really quiet & peaceful spot, but a short easy walk to the main street, shops & the beach - being able to walk everywhere instead of having to battle getting my toddler in & out of the car - fantastic!! Kitchen is really well stocked, there's lots of spare blankets & pillows, and the beds are SO COMFY!!!! Communication was 10/10 - fast, friendly replies & very accommodating to any requests or questions. Check in / check out super easy with clear instructions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We had the most wonderful week in the ‘Bannie Beach House’. Kyllie’s property is a holiday gem for families. Well equipped for kids of all ages, and many relaxing zones for adults, there is plenty to do on the property both indoors and outdoors; but lots to explore in the local area should you wish to venture out. The whole family made excellent use of the pool, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the playground and the cricket pitch. The atmosphere was relaxed, knowing they were safe while being entertained. The spaces are clean and well maintained, and Kyllie is thoughtful in her organisation of available toys, services (Wifi, Foxtel etc), and treats for the adults to share (wine and chocolates on arrival!) Correspondence with Kyllie during our stay was easy and she was always prompt in her replies, and very helpful. We highly recommend ‘Bannie Beach House’ for an easy, relaxed, and memorable family holiday.

Really well-equipped traditional holiday house feel which we appreciated. We appreciated that the house felt lived in and came with all the equipment that one would have at home. DVD's and CD's were great to have as well. Being able to have our two Dachshund's there helped so much as well. Much appreciated.

This house is perfect for 2 families wanting to share. The kids had their own room with bunks and we basically had one end of the house and the other family has the other end. And we could come together in a large open kitchen and lounge area with a massive leather couch. The undercover area out the back sat us all perfectly and we had a great BBQ. There is space for at least 4 cars (we came at different times) and the house is set back from the street. We went to the beach with the kids and the girls went to the hot springs. Highly recommend this house for a large family or multiple families. There are 4 queen bed, actually one was a king and a bunk room. We will book again!! Thanks again Marty!

The unit was very well-located; close to the beach, eateries and shopping. It was also very clean and well-equipped. Handy off-street parking directly in fron of the unit.

Sandra's place was the perfect relaxation destination. The views were spectacular and the serenity of the surroundings was so so lovely. It was quiet and peaceful yet getting to the town of San Remo was super easy - a very short drive or a lovely 30-40 min walk. The nearby restaurants were all great - the meals at the Westernport Hotel or the San Remo Hotel-Motel were top notch as was the pizza at the Little Pizza Shop. Sandra's place was clean and very comfortable and having coffee pods available and a coffee machine was very much appreciated!! My husband and I and our little dog had the best time.

This was a grwt place to stay. It was clean comfortable with everything we needed and in a beautiful setting. Heike the host was friendly helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Helen

This place is a MUST. Tim and Annie are great hosts. Extremely comfy accommodation that had everything we needed in a lovely quiet area surrounded by a beautiful garden. Loved the recliners in the lounge area. Definitely a must stay if you are in this area.

Great place to stay right near the beach! Carmela was super nice and made sure our stay was smooth. The apartment was spotless and had so many amenities we appreciated. Had a great time!

We had a fantastic time staying at 'the pad'. We felt it was value for money for the proximity to local restaurants and bars. Jenny provided us with a lovely place to stay for a few days and would recommend to anyone looking to visit.

Really appreciated a cold iced tea on arrival Was far enough away to be quiet even on a race weekend. Full of natural light and a great sunny veranda.

A wonderful stay in Frankston, a great location with direct access to the beach. It’s also a very private and peaceful studio, beautifully decorated and has everything you would need! The breakfast bits were also such a lovely touch, we felt right at home! The bed is also super comfortable!

We had a great stay at Karen’s apartment. The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean, the location was awesome and so close to Mt Eliza village, providing great access to cafes and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

Duncan's apartment was so lovely.. It was modern and clean. It had everything you needed. The location is excellent as it's across the road from the beach. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a beach holiday.
