We had a great stay in this lovely, cozy cottage with my parents, baby and our dogs. It was in a great location close to the beach and a short walk from the main Street. The property was clean and well equiped. Thank you for having us

This house is lovely and was perfect for two families. It looks just like the photos, is very clean and well set up, and is an easy walk to shops and beach. Both master bedrooms having their own ensuite was a big drawcard. We would definitely stay here again when next in Rosebud.

Oggys Place is absolutely perfect. The kitchen is well stocked and the cupboards have enough games to keep everyone occupied. Both bedrooms were very welcoming. The yard is well looked after and tidy.

Great location, clean and tidy beach house, even had an outside shower! Lovely host, easy to communicate with. will definitely stay there again! ☺️

Very much a family beach house vibe. Low key but lovely in a very home from home way. Facilities and set up for cooking etc was great. The kids loved the ping pong table and the dog was very happy too. Excellent communication with the helpful hosts

Fantastic location just a short walk to the beach! The spa bath was perfect and the bed was so comfortable. Will’s place is close enough to Cowes, all restaurants and cafes. Thank you for having us. We will back again.

This place is great and feels like a real holiday staying there with indoor pool, spa, sauna, pool table and indoor theatre. Super comfortable beds, spacious, great showers and all the kitchen appliances you would need. Would highly recommend this place - sure you would not be disappointed. Information from the host is excellent.

This was my second time staying in this wonderful little house, and it was just as great! So comfortable, cozy and relaxing! walkable to the koala park, and close to shops and other lovely walks. Ash was responsive and helpful, and the house had ever amenity you could need. I hope to stay here again!

What a beautiful place, we couldnt recommend a better place to stay. Everything you needed for a perfect getaway. Place was spotless, the beds were comfortable and kid friendly. The pool was amazing. We will be booking this place again in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a truly unique creative space, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by vibrant colors and inspiring artwork that immediately set the tone for an imaginative experience. The layout of the space encourages collaboration and creativity, with open areas for brainstorming, cozy nooks for quiet reflection, and art installations that spark conversation. What stood out to me the most was the attention to detail in every corner. The furniture was not only comfortable but also designed to stimulate creativity, with quirky designs and versatile arrangements. I loved all of the views from the outside deck looking out to the city and beach, from inside the house, can’t forget the bathtub and at the pool! Em & Matt did an incredible job designing this space!! In the evening Matt came and set up the movie projector. It made for a great movie night. This place is truly a gem with kind thoughtful hosts!

We had a lovely stay at The Beach house. Short stroll to the beach and a 30min walk to the village. Will definitely recommend a stay here.

We had a lovely week at Somers, walks on the beach, coffee at the general store. The house was lovely, and it was great to emerge from the backyard to the beach - quite some steps though. Pool was good for a quick dip and play. We enjoyed the view - sitting inside (storms) or drying off after a swim. Our doggie was welcomed with treats. Lots of lovely art and an admiral beachcombing collection makes you feel at home.

This was a wonderful place to stay for a few weeks! It was private and quiet and had everything needed. Jennifer and Cliff were great hosts and always replied and said hello if we say them. I had a lovely time at the cottage!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this beautiful home! The property is in a great location, with wineries just a short drive away, making it perfect for wine lovers. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, offering a peaceful and scenic retreat. The highlight was definitely the pool, which was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The house itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-maintained, and the secure backyard was ideal for our dog to enjoy - plus a doggy door! The only downside was the single bathroom, which was a bit challenging with 7 adults, especially since there wasn’t a separate toilet. However, it didn’t detract too much from our overall experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with gorgeous surroundings!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Nicole's. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in a very quiet, relaxing area. Close to a beautiful beach and so good for walks. We would highly recommend the property. Our 2 old greyhounds also loved the beautiful grassed property. Thanks Nicole!

The house was bigger than expected and spotlessly clean. Everything was very comfortable and the pantry had anything we might need when we first arrived. The backyard was perfect for the dogs and we were a short walk from the beach and shops. Location was perfect for us. Trevor was very helpful and gave us all the info we needed.

Excellent location and perfect for our stay. Clean and tidy and everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Great appliances, good quality linen. Matt although not needed during our stay, was great at communicating before and after our stay. Highly recommend this house.

Spacious home with excellent amenities, very comfortable space to relax in. Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Loved our stay and would be happy to return in the future.

What an Amazing stay!! Was so peaceful and relaxing and the baby goats were the stars of the show! Came for the MotoGP but got to live out my farm girl dreams visiting the animals everyday. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be back! Thankyou so much!!

This property was just wonderful homely feeling, cozy outdoor area and super prompt with replying to the small issue we had! Honestly couldn’t have asked for better communication from them! We will defiantly be back!

The studio is part of two studios that are next to each other. While you can hear a bit through the walls, the studios are well separated and leave you your privacy. In front of the studios is a large garden that is a nice sight through the large windows. The studio has all the amenities we needed: A kitchen to prepare breakfast and occasional dinner, a dish washer and a washing machine. It is big enough for a family of four to sleep comfortably.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it ideal for beach lovers. The place itself is modern, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The owner went above and beyond—when we mentioned a broken cot, they quickly replaced it with a brand new one. It’s clear they really care about their guests’ comfort. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, beachside getaway!
